I have used Walgreens for years, but they were out of stock with my pain medication so I had to use CVS which was the worse experience I've ever had with a Pharmacy. So I thought I should give a good review for the Walgreen Pharmacy that takes care of me and has been good to me for years! Thank you Walgreen Pharmacy Employees for all you do!

I got 2 prescriptions for shingles and came to wlgreens in advance to make sure they could fill them. After checking and getting insurance info and waiting 2 hours, they informed me they couldnt fill the pain medication. This isnt the 1st time something like this has happened. DONT USE WALGREENS

I got to the pharmacy 4 min after closing. I called on the way & she said they were closing in 3 min, but I thought since they knew I was coming that might help. The pharmacist said that he waited for me & went around to the front register & checked me out bc they close the register at 9 pm. I can hardly believe how nice he was about it all! Even reminded me to give her 2 tonight and said have a good night with a smile. And I'm sure it's been a long day.- text from my patientThanks for helping me take care of patients!!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in Nacogdoches. Their phone service will call and tell you prescriptions are ready and just like clockwork you show up and they haven’t even been ordered.\\n\\nSecondly, a few of the people are rude (some are not) but the rude ones ruin it for everyone.\\n\\nLastly, just now before I switched services, my daughter had waited for three hours for a prescription so she could leave to go back to college. I called to hurry them up and they admitted that they didn’t even have the prescription in stock. I am totally finished with this business. Save yourself time and frustration by seeking other places of business.

Had to get a booster shot. The sign in person clearly hates her job, but the person actually giving the shots was very pleasant and efficient. Had to wait half hour after my appt time, with no clear reason why.

this is maybe the most awful pharmacy i have ever been to. Staff will lie to your face about what they have in stock, the most inefficient workplace i have ever seen with the most illiterate workers i have ever seen

I have been using Walgreens Pharmacy for my important meds for five years. Until today I would have gave Walgreens in Nacogdoches four stars for good service. Today they failed me big-time. I called the Walgreens pharmacy and told them that I was overdue for my Covid booster. They told me that they had a supply of boosters, but I had to register on line or call their 800 number to get my booster shot. I am an old guy with medical problems at a higher risk group for sickness and death; and this was important to me living in a state with no mask-wearing mandates cus of governator ab-butt. I called the Walgreens 800 number and after 30 minutes on the phone I realized that I would never get to a human being on that 800 number. I went to Walgreens. com to register for my booster. The Walgreens web site would only give me an appointment for a booster in Athens, Texas; a four hour round trip drive for me. I drove to Walgreens Nacogdoches on North Street and spoke to a pharmacist there. I asked the lady to register me on the internet so I could get my booster. No luck. That drone of a person could only repeat the BS of "Walgreens policy" where only I could register for my shot (on internet) where they had a supply of boosters on hand. The drone had zero remorse for me, and it was a case of "to bad, so sad". Now I am an old country boy and I know the sound and smell of fresh bull s**** I drove to the Nacogdoches Walmart and they signed me up and gave me my booster shot, simple as that. My question for Walgreens is "what the hell is your major malfunction"???

I used to love the Walgreens pharmacy for multiple reasons. One of the main reasons I switched to this pharmacy is because there were 2 lines in the drive thru. That meant I never had to wait more than 5 minute, no matter how many cars were there before me. I loved it!! Now, there is only one lane open and I've had to wait 30-45 minutes. That's ridiculous!! And calling is pointless. It's extremely hard to get anyone on the phone. I'll switch pharmacies again if they don't get their act together ASAP.

They gave my daughter the wrong prescription. The bottle has someone else’s name and is a prescription diet amphetamine instead of the sleep medication refill it should have been. I don’t think this woman would be very happy if we called her and told her we have her diet pills. We aren’t happy reporting to the insurance that we didn’t in fact get the refill they paid for and still need the medication. What a mess. Are they trying to kill their customers? Reported to Tx. State Pharmacy Board.
