So much more customer friendly than the larger stores. Within a day, I had a minor concern addressed and fixed. I actually talked to them as opposed to being shuffled off to Illinois when I called customer service. Family owned and operated. Support our local businesses!

I had a great experience with the owner Doug and the young man who woks there Tyler. Very friendly. I bought a mower and Doug delivered it, and stayed to show me everything I needed to know about it. Time will tell if the extra warranty is worth it, im really hoping so.

Please make darn sure you don't mind being stood up by Sears Technicians/Repairman. Not only have I been stood up (3) three different times waiting from an 8:00am - 5:00pm WINDOW! But the repairman is NOT Certified on Lawn mowers as he disconnected the Safety wires to the Left control arm on my Zero Turn mower! Then he tells me NOT to let the mower idle in high (full throttle) because it turns or crawls to the left. After calling Sears and talking to maybe 20+ Sears agents, there is not anyone who will call you back to see what in the world is going on. I was told of (3) three different email address's to send pics, video and my complaint to and still nobody has called me! I've been telling those Sears workers they need to be seeking employment because at this rate Sears Hometown won't be around much longer. Leslie On Oct. 28, 2021 a technician was supposed to show up. No one shows up but that NUT of a repairman filled out the Sears estimated cost and signed it with an X. But the other times he doesn't fill out any Sears Estimate anything? WTF!!!!!

Wonderful service! I told the employees exactly what I was looking for, dimensions, color, fingerprint resistant, ect. They knew exactly what I was looking for. Check out was super easy and my new fridge will be in within a week!

This store offers great customer service along with a great delivery crew. I ordered a small top bottom refrigerator (Kenmore 60512). The delivery crew was amazing! They were required to remove the doors from the refrigerator in order to make it fit through my doorway. The crew was extremely well trained and knew exactly what to do! The whole process went smooth and was a breeze. I would highly recommend this store to anybody that needs any type home appliance!

Run away as fast as you can!!Might be friendly in store, however do not believe anything you are told about delivery dates OR free delivery!That fridge, dishwasher and stove you bought for delivery within 2 weeks keeps moving out, now months out! A hassle to get refunded.Would be lower than 1 star if possible.
