I was impressed with the stores variety of tobacco, pipes, and lighters. The store clerk seemed in a rush to help us, and check us out before we had finished looking around. It's nice to have quick service, but not so nice to feel Hurried.

First time in Puff n Stuff and right off the bat I was impressed with David’s customer service and the atmosphere he provided!
Large variety of products, clean and organized store, and David was able to answer any question I had and ultimately suggested the items I ended up purchasing.
Great experience and am happy with my items…will be back! The other places need to step it up!!!

Man what an amazing experience. David was a one of a kind customer service representative the likes of which are rarely seen in this day and age. Super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Not pushy in the slightest. I really feel like he genuinely wanted to give me the best experience possible while guiding me through all of the products they had available. I honestly couldn't be more pleased with my experience here and David was the sole reason. You could go to any head shop and get a piece like I acquired but no where else would you get the top tier level of customer you'd get here. Can't reccomend him enough.
