The service center is not helpful. They will not help with anything software related to your vehicle. They’ve said it’s because they don’t have good technicians. For a town the size of Nacogdoches, it’s disappointing that I have to drive to Center or Lufkin to have my Jeep worked on.

I won’t ever buy a car from them again. I purchased a 2012 dodge charger to drive between jobs. I advised them the day I came to look that I wasn’t looking for anything too expensive or anything I would have to keep fixing. I made it clear I was looking for something dependable. Well at that point I felt I put my point across and they were so nice about it.
Well, I drove the charger and liked it. Same day I went to put insurance on it which was down the road literally. I was on my way back when it started smoking. Brought it back to them and they said maybe it’s because it hasn’t been crank in a while but leave it there and they’ll fix it. Prior to me taking it to put insurance on it everything was done far as money wise. I didn’t like the idea so I tried getting away from it but they fast talked me.
The next mom go get it, they tell me they fix something with an oil line. Me not knowing anything about a car maintenance side decided okay k trust them.
To shorten the story, the car has been back to them 5 times. Every time they tell me they fix it then the same problem comes back. Things get a little worse every time. The fifth time it being there they were tell me about how much it was going to cost and how they couldn’t put no more money in it. The 6th time I took it to another dealing. They advised me everything that was wrong with the car and that it was an on going thing the gradually gotten worse. The reason it was going back to them were because they told me I had a plan to cover it only to find out the plan only covers if the motor goes out.
Well now here I am having to pay $3500 to fix it when it was broken when I bought it. The reason the people traded the car was for this same problem in which they failed to tell me.
Being the nice person I am I haven’t ever had a problem like this. Usually the problem is fixed with no issue. But I tried calling many times. The lady that would answer would say they’re either not there or with a customer and they’ll call back. I never heard anything. I’ve emailed multiple times and text messages. I final talk to someone yesterday and he said it was basically on me. Even though I tried many times to get out of the loan because the car was trash.
Moral is the story is I don’t recommend these people to anyone. Definitely play me!

Unless you have a 850 credit score or 10k to put down, you mean nothing to these people . I had to call everytime to get a awnser. They never called me back not one time to let me know how the application was going.

I did not purchase my Jeep here, but I use their service department when needed. If you are in need of assistance when your Dodge, Jeep, or Chrysler product this is a good place to go.
Make sure to get there before 07:30 and ask for Tony or Troy.

Would have given a zero if I could. This is a good reminder to all consumers to check the reviews first. I dropped off my truck at 730 this morning like I was directed. Called SIX hours later to get a status and was informed that they would not be able to look at it today. When I stated that it had been there six hours he said "I've had cars here six days". Read the other MANY terrible reviews. This service department is garbage.

I went there to purchase a vehicle with cash/credit combo (only because it was Saturday and DCU didn't have enough cash on hand) and was told they "prefer customers who finance". The car was way worse looking than the pictures they posted online and they didn't want to budge on the price. They even wanted to change extra to put it on my a part of my full cash car purchase on my credit card (which was not an issue when I bought my wife's brand new Honda in Tyler). The salesman did not even try to solve the problems and even put extra problems in the way of my purchase

Darius in the parts department helped us out with a part that was on national back order and nobody else had it. I ordered it yesterday and got it over nighties to florida and received it today before noon!! The service was amazing and friendly. Thank you for helping us out!!
