My son and I adopted the cutest and biggest German Shepherd adult dog from this shelter. It was at the beginning of the pandemic and the lady did everything to help facilitate the adoption. She was on point about his temperament, so there were no surprises. Best 40 dollars I ever spent. Just look up king shepherd for a photo of our baby.

Good spot. Limited parking, but I don't they expect a drove of cars. You're greeted by all the dogs barking to welcome you. Tammy was working when we went and was very patient with us and the animals. She loves her job. We met some cats and dogs.There is a red pit bull is the sweetest of all the animals we met. We couldn't take home a third dog so had to say no, but he is so neat. He loved being pet, rubbed down, and I never heard him growl or bark the whole time. ALL the dogs were barking and he was so calm. Hope he goes to a good home someday!
