I have shopped here for years. After today, I am through. The cashier they have working in there is way over the top and sickening. HE has long, fake nails, that he incessantly taps on the counter. I do not appreciate having to be subjected to stuff like that. It is unacceptable. You need NORMAL employees.

I always took my dog here for grooming, but now all the good groomers are gone. The old groomers used to treat me so well and loved my dog, but now the new people can't even handle trimming her nails. My dog "wouldn't let them" even though there was never a problem before with the old groomers. Disappointed. I really loved Petsense and I even adopted my cat from here. Groomers should be able to handle a nail trim.

Store managers are awesome. I had gotten a koi Betta fish almost a year ago from them. He ended up dying. I expressed how much I enjoyed my koi Betta. He put in an order for some more koi Bettas and told me the day they would ship in. Called on shipment day they confirmed the koi Bettas arrived. Came down with plans of only getting one walked away with two koi Bettas. I also adopted a cat from them a long time ago. Sadly she passed away recently. Will be looking for another cat to adopt when I go in to take my Chihuahua into the groomers. Can't speak on the grooming part yet. It will be my puppies first time going to help her shed. I'm hoping they are patient with her as she is a little skiddish from lack of handling as a puppy and is still learning. Will update once she is groomed.
