I had a 'difficult duplex', that ended up being no match for these guys! They worked with me from start to finish & helped me deal with the insurance inspection. I had many requests such as deleting old vents & installing new ones to accommodate updates to an old house. The previous roofer did not properly replace bad decking so had to have High Tech do it right. They showed me what was wrong as they uncovered issues as they worked. They replaced my roof in 2020 and in 2022 I found the inside of my house leaking water and had somebody get on my roof and find three holes and no flashing was installed fill up the owner refused to give me the insurance he had but his roofer said it was completely their fault and I’ve got water sitting in my house every time it rainsServices: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

We’ve built houses for 26 years, and High Tech Roofing is our favorite roofing company yet! We had to change our dates several times waiting on our framers to finish. The owner was so patient and understanding. When the crew started they were happy, nice, and the cleanest crew I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend this company for any roof jobs you may need. These guys are professionals at what they do. They do every thing from inspecting your roof, to getting with your insurance company and getting the job done. We didn't have to worry about a single thing. They also remove and dispose of all unused material and clean up afterwards. The owner is really nice to talk to you but you pay for the job as it was explained to me. They bought 37 boxes over the needed materials and only left two in case we need it. So they overcharged us by $1800 of materials that they got for free. The workers were completely inconsistent except one named Cesar. If you use them please buy your own materials first and then have them do the labor.

Phillip's crew built a new, large, covered deck and completely replaced my roof. The roof had 3 layers of shingles. We are hiring him again for the next phase of our entire house repairs and remodel.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
