When hurricane Beryl blew out one of our large front windows. I called Glass World Inc. They came out gave us the best estimate. It took a while to get that size of glass cut, but when it arrived, they came out, installed the glass quickly cleaned up the mess and had our store looking good again. I would highly recommend, there services to anyone.

I don’t normally write reviews but I just wanted to let EVERYONE know that the service I have received at Glass World was amazing! From first reaching out for a quote, the gentleman who came and took official measurements, to the two gentleman who came and installed my glass and hung the mirror today (last minute decision they made happen). EVERY person has been so nice, extremely helpful when I ask questions and the timeliness of responses is everything I could ask for and more. All the gentleman I came in contact with greeted me with happy faces and positive energy, which is quite rare these days. I am not sure if it’s the people Glass World chooses to employ or if it’s the treatment given to the employees by Glass World, but y’all are doing something right! You can tell the people I have come in contact with enjoy their jobs and are willing to help in any way they can. Thank you all for the great service and I will be sure to recommend you to anyone asking in the future.

I don’t normally post reviews but I felt like the customer service I received was over the top so I had to. I got a call prior letting me know that they were on the way. Jeff arrived promptly and after taking a look at my shower, it was determined that it was a simple fix. However, he was a wealth of knowledge, friendly and provided some great tips. We will definitely be using Glass World when we do decide to replace our shower door! Thanks again Jeff!

Great experience! Everyone we dealt with in the company was, knowledgeable, helpful and very professional. Had the glass in a large corner walk-in shower replaced with new frameless glass and it turned out perfect. Highly recommend this company!

EXCELLENT company! I needed the glass replaced on two windows in my home and contacted Glass World for an estimate. A very nice lady scheduled a time that worked best for me. A professional and friendly man measured the windows and gave me the estimate and an approximate time frame when the glass would be ready to install. The glass was ready ahead of the given time frame! Awesome!! Two guys came out and replaced the glass, cleaned up any mess made, and did so quickly and efficiently. I had called other companies prior to contacting Glass World and was frustrated and disappointed as others either were not interested in providing service in my area or were much more expensive AND charged to do an estimate. I'm so happy with Glass World!! They are my go to company now for any future glass needs!

This company is amazing. Michelle helped me find the perfect frames for my bathroom mirrors and even ordered in a special sample for me to look at.The installation was amazing. These guys know what they are doing and they are kind and professional. The double paned glass was replaced in my window very quickly and looks great and the large framed mirrors in the bathrooms look perfect.I'm calling them out again to have a custom glass table top made for my dining room table! Glass World's Prices are reasonable too so it's a win win.

Ordered a 1/4 inch thick sheet of glass for a refinished cabinet. They had it ready in about a day. I stopped by to pick it up and they were very friendly and helpful. The glass fit perfectly and was exactly what I asked for. Super clear high quality. Will buy glass here again.

My double-pane window on my new home cracked and they quickly took care of it! Cleaned up after themselves and you can't even tell that it's a new window. Will use them again if I have another problem with my glass in the future!

I've been hunting for the small, spring loaded, door catch on my glass shower door. Sadly, I couldn't find it at GWI, nor any other glass shop in Conroe; that said, they had an old version of my catch, and I'm absolutely thankful for that. Very helpful, compared to other shops I visited.
