The Kent store performed a tire service for the school Auto Tech program. Otis and his staff were very friendly and helpful (as always). They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Thank You!!!

Ok. So RV giving me problems so I stopped here. Needed a serpentine belt and Otis Carter helped me to find it even when we had to get a replacement because my RV is older. This guy called around and helped me to locate it. But since I couldn't leave he let me hang out back. Told me where to go to eat, shop and even offered to hook up my RV. Today I now need power steering pump and another day before it arrives. These people are amazing. Happy to be doing a business with them. They helped to keep me calm and say I should be back on the road tomorrow.

Kent's was amazing, saved me from almost having a blow out on a 15 hour drive. Swapped out my spare and didn't even want to charge me. Aces in my book! Thanks again!!

We were in dire straits as we had a flat tire on our trip to Dallas. We had to make an emergency stop to this place try and get a solution to our problem. We were kindly helped by Otis and his crew who tried their absolute best to help us in our time of need. They provided fresh water and their time especially when it was getting late. They provided directions for us to get further help just so our car could last for the final stretch of our drive. We are very grateful for their help.

One of the girls treated me kindly, the other was not kind at all, showing a bad face, unprofessional, in the place they will give priority to large companies, in this way I would not advise going if you do not want to waste time while they overtake you giving priority to others

Traveling across country was already hectic, but experiencing a blowout in the middle of the night is stressful. Tried several tow companies && everyone recommended Kent Tires. We could not be more happy with the experience. The receptionist was friendly and the manager Otis went above our expectations to get us back on our journey as soon as possible.
I would highly recommend Kent tire shop for your tire needs.

Place is a Joke. Not very friendly and they will prioritize the big companies over anything you might have. Went in for a simple valve stem replacement and they kept pushing me back for the bigger jobs instead of getting me in and out. I called the other place in town and they were much friendlier and had no wait. Do yourself a favor and go to Dick’s Tire Pros. Unless you want to wait all day for no reason.
