300pm in the afternoon. Restrooms closed. I'm 68 and refuse to shop at a convenience store with closed restrooms. Turned around and immediately walked out. Shop across the street at Walmart where seniors are respected.

3rd time they have a price tag on items and when I go check out it’s like 60 cents more. The first couple times they said it was mistakenly put there but now it’s consistently. I think they do it purposely to grab the item thinking it’s a deal then at the check out it’s more. Either way they gotta do better and stop hiring lazy workers. Everyday they have messed up attitudes and when checking people out they look so unmotivated. Do better 7/11!!!

I hate to do a bad review it's just not me but it's like 12 or 13th time I've been noticing this...
whenever I come to this gas station there's always something broken there's always something missing or not working and the receipt paper is never in the machine. The following pictures taken today

Most of the workers here are really great besides Ruby, her attitude alone makes me not want to go there. Multiple customers feel the same, one day a guy I’ve never met even said “One thing about this chick she never cares for the customer”. She will leave if someone comes up to the line and even if she serves them it’s in disgust.

This place was great when they first opened, but they have completely deteriorated into a dump. Fuel pumps don't work most of the time. Diesel pump one is so slow it takes 30+ minutes to put on 30 gallons and will not auto shut off when full so unless you're standing by it, you spill fuel on the ground. There is no safety spill containment box. Next, staff are thieves, rude and beyond incompetent. Finally, patrons have no concern for others so they park at the pumps, sit in their vehicle, eat their food, talk to their friend or play on their phones and just don't care. Today was my last visit here and will never be back.

If you work shifts for Shiftsmart, do not come to this store. They will lie and say you came and didn’t do any work. I was there from 6:30am - 10am and they reported back that I left bc I was mad about the tasks given. My job has been closed bc of the storm so that’s why I even used the app to begin with. Playing with ppl lively hood and lying is ridiculous. Another associate I guess felt the need to come and tell me about what I should be doing after I was already there for 2 hours. Then was acting like I’m on my phone when I was completing the tasks thru the app. I don’t kno if she told management something but my shift was going smooth until she arrived. When I went to check out with the manager she wouldn’t even come from the office.
