When we went to shop for offers throughout the online coupons, we coul not find anything that showed it was supposed to be there. Then around the jewelry section we overheard an employee telling another employee to make sure and go around and scan the items n put them up for later. This is not a surprise. I know of one employee that used to say co workers would hide items so they could get them for themselves even more cheaper by using their employee discount. This is pretty messed up. Might as well go to HEB plus or even Target if this is the case. I know this might happen I'm any other store as well. But at least HEB n Target I have had the luck to find special coupons items that some people actually may be hoping to use now these days with the way the pandemic hurt many of us financially. SO MUCH FOR WALMART LOOKING OUT FOR THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS. I say the hell with staying loyal. I'm out.

Good service in the store. Salvador employees in the food section . He was very attentive with his help. The restrooms clean and the store clean. The parking lot clean.

I Purchased tires online and schedule an appointment to get it installed at this location like a week after I made the purchase.I get on time to my appointment, they told me that they were running a little late on the appointments but I can left the car and it supposed to be ready in 1 1/2 to 2hrsSo after I stay at the store walking around (2 hrs) waiting for them to call me.I get back (to check the status) at the tires department and the manager on charge, Andres, told me that they were waiting for me so they can be able to start the process of installation because I order the tires online.Really? After 2hrs they told me it was my fault they can’t start with my car.So I went to the pick up location (because Andres told me I need to go there) the guy on that department walk with me back to the tires department and explain Andres how he supposed to do it by him self and get the tires.This manager Andrés didn’t give me an apologize for his mistake he just ignored me.I need to wait for another hour to be able to get my car done.Terrible service for this location

Texas Roadhouse is one of my favorite places to eat! My favorite dish is the chicken fried chicken with white gravy, a side of rice and mashed potatoes with white gravy! DELICIOUS!!! And my kids love it too!!! The yeast rolls are the bomb!!! We always have to order seconds!!!!

I bought groceries for myself & another person. I requested someone check me out & the supervisor got a nice young gentleman to help scan & pack my groceries. I thanked him & the supervisor.It takes alot of energy & time to buy groceries etc. Then scan, load in cart then load in car, unload & put in appropriate places in your home. They need at least two lines open at peak times to check people out. Especially the elderly, handicapped & people who buy alot of products. If this does not happen I will not shop at Walmart again.

Came in at 6:10am to purchase the new Pixel Buds-A and was told to wait till 6:30am. Waited till 7am until someone was able to find someone with keys. WalMart should get fined from Google for their lack of product placement and sales. Give your team leads access to the keys... WalMart you dropped the ball big time.

I had a lovely day shopping in your store. I ended up with a FULL cart. I was very happy until I went to the checkout area. No lanes open with check out employee to help me. By this time I am very tired and unhappy. I practically had to beg someone to help me. Finally one of the two ladies available came over to help me, as I have never checked MYSELF out of any store before IN MY LIFETIME OF 73 YEARS! I explained to her that we had only two options. She could help me checkout my ginormous cart, or I could just walk out the door leaving everything for them to put back into your inventory. The sweet lady's name is Eleonora. I want to thank her for the help she gave me. So, I may NEVER come back to this store. My total bill was over $275.00. And I refuse to do extra work for you just so you can get rid of employee positions. You SUCK.

My 35 year old husband who is 6’3 225lbs with a full beard got denied to buy beer at 10pm because he had a Visa as identification. She rolled her eyes when he asked in Spanish what the problem was and when I offered with my Texas drivers license Amy from self pay just replied with “nope nope nope”. Horrible customer service. Instead of explaining the policy or apologizing foe the inconvenience like a normal person she turned her back and when I questioned if I could go do another transaction at another check out I just got a cold should with more “nope nope” responses. I even asked so if I come in with my 4 year old you’d deny me cause he doesn’t have a Texas ID?? She was so rude. Shame to the company. I’ve never had problems with customer service in the 7 years I’ve been coming to this Walmart in Sharyland.
