They don’t know how to stick to a scheduled appointment. I scheduled for my vehicle to be picked up between 4:30-5pm and get a notification at 4:55pm that they will not be able to pick up for another 60 minutes, which by this time the service department of the dealership that I needed to take my vehicle to would be closed! DON’T USE THIS COMPANY unless you have HOURS of time to spend waiting on them.

Need a tire taken off my truck. I jacked it up for him. He showed up, waited 2 minutes and left because I went in my apartment. Had to call another service. Ridiculous.

Made me travel from Elsa (45min drive) to their location cause they told me they had some parts I needed and I get there and it turns out they didn't have them. Worst customer service, don't even know how they still have business.

Indeed owner is extremely rude he doesn't care about "its" customers except for money. Makes you pay extra than what you are told. What a waste of my time and gas for those who need something from this place always think twice about it.
