Walked in looking for a washer - dryer set. The store was clean and had cold ac. The staff was friendly and helpful.

If we could give them a 0 we so would. The management here are so unorganized and really unprofessional and take things way to personal. They should be trained all over again on how to provide proper customer service. Me and my fiancé have had this location for a couple months now and when we first got the account(s) we where fine and due to Covid we had to switch to monthly payments from bi-weekly payments which they never switched to. This month due to their lack of communication with one another or whatever the case was, we had to be “late” again since we only get paid once a month. Account was due on the 5th, we asked till the 15th, that’s 10 days that the accounts could’ve been back on track and finally swapped to monthly payments but one of the guys there, which I’m not sure if he was a manager or not, was completely rude and really unprofessional and they have closed our accounts out. Bottom line is, train these sorry associates again on proper customer service and how to help and assist the customers rather than to be little them and make them turn away. Associates like that are bad for business and we will make sure no one comes to this location anymore from our relatives or friends. Very ridiculous. By the way.. the sofas they gave us where used and we still where gonna pay the retail price and the dining room set they gave us was very faulty and falling apart due to their guys not setting it up properly.
