I sent an email complaining that they didn't let us use the bathroom and the response from customer service answered this: for the safety of employees and customers, they are not allowed to use the bathrooms because they are in a private area.
They don't even have a clue where the bathrooms are.

Compared to the other Go Carwashes this one is pretty bad and in need of some major rehab. Vacuums are decent. None of the pressurized air hoses work. I think the floor mat cleaner machine finally broke because they haven't been opening it up anymore. The actual wash is decent but I think some of the sprayers aren't working, so you're paying a premium only to not get what you paid for. I haven't noticed any scratches to my truck at least.
This place will probably get worse once the Bluewave near Mile 3 and Conway gets built. And that's probably where I'll change to if go carwash doesn't actually put some money into fixing stuff.

Today, I went to Go car wash. Omg! The towels are clean and soft to clean the vehicle from inside. The vacuums are working excellent. I was unable to use the car wash. I am sure it great. I was able to use the mat floor cleaner.works amazing. The one in Shary Rd is not working. I do recommend this car wash. There is an option of automatic withdraw from your account each month. As a member you can go as many times you like as long as you pay each month. I hope my review was helpful. You go Togo and try it out.

This Go Car wash compared to the other Go Car wash locations is terrible. Seems like every time I come here it just keeps getting worse. Vacuums have low to none power suction. Car came out dirty after going through the car wash. Someone needs to come in a do some maintenance on this location!

before you get to the exit, the sprayers on the top that blast water down only one set is working not the other don’t think we don’t notice.
