Bob Starks Beef shop is THE place to buy your meat! Fajitas are tender, the New York strips and T-bones are bursting with flavor and their service is top notch. My only regret is not shopping here sooner.

Choice graded meat is what you can expect here. You can clearly see the quality from the fat marbling in their cuts of meat.I went to a well known Mexican meat market in Mission, Texas. The meat quality there was a joke.If you like choice graded meats, Bob Stark's is the place to go !
