I came in with an odd sized wheel looking for a replacement. They tried everything to try and get me a replacement (order online, called other locations/warehouse), they even tried to fix it. Nice place with some of the best customer service.

my wife and i went in there to purchase a bike and the older lady there was super rude to us, i would never recommend anyone to go thru this abuse. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Horrible service. Never answered the phones they have multiple phones and none of them were answered. They closed shop early. Bed side mattress aren’t the best. Don’t wast your time.
