First time here and ever getting my nails done, got a pedicure and it was great…until they started chipping not even a day after I got them done (I got shellac) and also my feet are starting to peel like crazy. Besides that my pedicure experience was well. Then I went to get my manicure and it was HORRIBLE, the shape was off and uneven, the nail tech rushed through my manicure and was constantly just stopping and walking away, he stopped at one point to get on a phone call too. My nails are uneven and very obviously rushed and not cared for. He also left A CHUNCK of acrylic under my nail. The staff was nice but when they were not working the environment was beyond unprofessional with employees on their phones and having inappropriate conversations out loud. The place is also extremely unsanitary. For my first manicure and pedicure experience ever this was horrible and not my ideal “first time” experience. Definitely do not want to remember this…nor the $100 dollars WASTED.

Never again went for my lunch break and it literally took 1 and 45 mins for a freakin fill and my nails do NOT feel smooth UGH for sure not letting my mother go there anymore neither

I went here a month and a half ago and my nails kept hurting after i got them done, i went to the original place i always go to 2 weeks later because of them hurting i just wanted a new set as well, and she removed them and said she wont do nails on me until my nails are healed she mentioned that the previous place i went to used a liquid that was burning/ eating my nail. My nails are still healing and some still hurt. Will never go here again and dont recommend! The lady who did my nails was one of the spanish speaking ladies there

I've been going to the place on and off and never had an issue. The lady that worked on my nails today was so cold which made her come off as really rude, it was very unwelcoming. What made write this review is when she was filing and shaping my nails, I asked her to shape them oval as I saw she was shaping them squared. Which she proceeded to advise me that it was $5 extra for that shape. I don't like my nails squared so I told her, please don't shape them then sinceit was only a manicure, i could keep my own shape. She continued to shape them as she stated she NEEDED to shape them and she shaped them as she pleases and I ended up with squared shape nails ?.

Horrible experience for my 15 year old. she went to get her acrylic nails removed and the person who helped her out didn’t stop removing the acrylic nail when my daughter told him it was hurting her. he continued and tore her actual nail out. The owner just told me when I told her ma’am is this the way you remove nails and all she said was “it is fine her nail will grow in a couple of weeks” please don’t take your daughters to this place.

Horrible nails and really bad service . I left a picture of my nails in the photos please look at how bad they were .The lady made them super chunky and thick . I explained to her that i was unhappy with the service and the outcome of the nails and she kept arguing instead of trying to understand and fix the issue . Please save your money …I PAID $65 for horrible nails . please save yourself the moneyService: Acrylic nails
