Just sat for 30 minutes waiting with my dog. I made an appointment to avoid having a long wait. Nobody came by to say anything about the reason for the delay. You can hear everything while waiting, staff talking to each other , everyone having a grand time. In the meantime my dog is scared, sitting in my lap shaking. Not sure how long I would have been expected to wait. I went up front and rescheduled. If a client makes an appointment and arrives in time for that appointment I think it's not too much to expect to be seen promptly.

These folks are always so kind and caring. The vet takes the time to introduce himself and they don't try to upswell you on food, animal treats, etc. The prices are very reasonable but most of all they're nice.

We don't need a vet often and use a nearby low-cost clinic for little things like vaccines, but when we do need help, they have never failed us. We now live almost 40 miles away, but they are well worth the drive. Recently one of our barn cats appeared to have, or be developing, a urinary blockage. Called the two vets closest to us. One had no available appointments until the following Wednesday, the other could "fit us in" the following Monday. A urinary blockage is an emergency. I decided to call MVC and once again, they were there for us. The receptionist acknowledged the emergency nature of my cat's illness and suggested we bring him in immediately. They fit him into their schedule and cared for him as well as if we'd had an appointment.

Our dog needed some attention while we were traveling and although we did not have an appt. they managed to get us in without much of a wait. Beautiful place, clean rooms and very friendly, professional, helpful staff. Our vet not only identified and resolved the problem we brought our dog in for, but identified other issues we had no idea he had but exhibited symptoms of recently. None of this was identified by our really high-priced vet in CA. It's been two days and our dog is looking and acting much much better than ever.

I've experienced more failures with this vet in the last few months than I can even put in this review. The one positive is one vet found an extremely deadly heart condition in my 11 year old dachshund girl. But that's it. Most of the time the vets attitudes have been crappy and non caring at best. They failed my 8 year old dachshund boy who's been having severe pain in his back and at one recent check elevated liver enzymes. No X-ray, no work ups, just a poke poke poke exam and said besides his weight (which I've been trying to get under control but nothing is working) he's perfectly healthy. Now I find out that this "practice" has been sitting on my 11 year olds heart medications request for more than 72 hours. When we called to find out WTH it's a long string of excuses and straight lies about why. When they finally get around to it they approve the heart meds and the pain meds but deny the heartworm preventatives because "they need to be seen for a heartworm test." Never mind that the kids had a heartworm test in Oct. 2020 and their ProHeart injection AND you saw them both last week and I talked to you about getting the Simpirica Trio from Chewy, which you agreed to, but you failed to mention anything about or do a heartworm test? Knowing Chewy was going to request authorization? FAIL, FAIL, FAIL! These people have potentially cost my baby girl her life. As soon as I find a new vet I'll determine if they cost my son his life too.

treatment to my dog without consent. when I told them I only wanted a rabies shot they gave him other shots without my consent and charged me. pulled a tooth and gave him a shot without a phone call first. Wanted to charge me 48$ for an antibiotic shot. Always call the owner before doing anything.

We were recommended here by a friend after having a horrible experience at another vets office. Could not be happier here! The staff was wonderful, and they would call twice a day to give me updates on our boy while he was being hospitalized. Extremely reasonably priced as well!
