I have banked here for many years now, there is no reason to change. Totally secure banking in my opinion, any issue I have run into with banking in mind they have always been very diligent in helping square the issue away promptly. Super nice staff, very personable and great to work with. Highly recommend.

Terrible service, waited more than 40 minutes to cash a check, while the bank was empty, and they refuse to give me a receipt for the $10 that they charge me to cash a check from their own bank.

I say the people working in the building are wonderful. Other than that, the bank is the worst bank I know of. My card is turned off 2 or 3 week.

This review is not specifically intended for this location but the bank as a whole.. I will be immediately switching over to a better bank. All they do is miscalculate your funds so they can rack up on overdraft fees!!!!! The customer service department don’t want to help but instead have an attitude like you don’t know how to spend your own money!! The lady I spoke with was definitely rude and she is the main reason I will be leaving this horrible bank!!! I see now why traditional banks are a thing of the past! True definition of Bank Robbers!!!!! Such a scam!!!!!!

Took my daughter in to open an account. Spoke with Kristalyn. My kid is a 20 year old college kid who just had her entire saving stolen at another bank. We spoke at length with Kristalyn about security and accounts. She was amazing. This is a great bank with great people. Super friendly

Beware minority business owners. This is a racist establishment that only likes to serve their own kind. I would stay away from this bank and go to a bank that would make you feel like your business is appreciated.

Drive thru always slow. Like 20min wait time. Have 2 accounts they always put money in wrong account. Manager can't seem to raise card limit to 6k when needed but cooperate can raise in to 10k no questions asked. If you go to this bank just use the Atm and get in and get out.
