We always go to this location because it’s convenient however, the last few times it’s been nothing but disappointing as far as customer service. Every time we go, the dog wash is either broken or they are waiting on plumbers and there always seems to be some kind of trouble when asked if it’s open and when it will be open. Tonight we walked in and wanted to go to the garden area and the doors were locked so we go to the front registers only to find the darker haired individual female sitting on the floor on her phone and once we asked if they could unlock the doors, she replies with “are they locked” and slams her phone on the floor like we were inconveniencing her to get up and do her job. After that, the assistant manager was very helpful and assisting us and helping us find what we needed then as we proceeded to check out the same girl that was on her phone sitting on the floor was making snarky remarks as the male was checking us out. I did ask her if she had a problem and she said “ohh we have a Karen” at that point I did pull out my phone to record her unprofessional behavior. I did go on to tell her that she was acting very unprofessional and that is not how you speak to people mush less customers. It was a very unwelcoming environment. The young ones that are working need a training session asap, the eye rolling, the attitude and high school behavior is nothing short of being completely unprofessional and immature. Being that I work in customer service everyday I could not imagine having employees who act in such an unwelcoming manner. Very sad. Do better! In the meantime, we will make the drive across town as we do frequently shop tractor supply but won’t be back to this location.

Drove far distance just to bathe my dog and the dog baths are supposedly out due to plumbing is what the customer service guy at the registers explained

Great, friendly staff….. Howe er I’m beginning to think they should do away with the option of the pet wash. It hasn’t been operational on months……. Or maybe they just say it’s down as to not have to service/clean it daily.

Horrible customer service. Tried to let them know that their vaccine fridge is broken and hot. When I mentioned it, i was met with attitude and a sarcastic demeanor. I would rather drive all the way across town then deal with this one. I guess that’s why the parking lot is always empty.I wish I could give left stars.

They have a great variety of pet supplies such as food, grooming accessories, toys and beds etc…. Well stocked on basic tools, work wear clothing. The staff have been super friendly and helpful the several times I have been there. Definitely 5 ⭐️ service thus far. Pay no attention the 1 ⭐️Karen reviews ? this place literally just opened.

Don't bother trying to call this place you'll never get an answer you'll just get the runaround on a machine. Spent over 20 minutes trying to get through. Easier to just call the Tractor Supply over by Walmart and I-20 their customer service is 10 times better and they answer the phone
