Hannah in parts did a fantastic job. I ordered a part and the next day I walked in to get the part. I did not say a word. She did not ask my name. She remembered me. I am sure they have a lot of parts ordered and a lot of customers. I was impressed with Hannah. Hard to find good customer service these days. She was smiling and good at her job.

This dealership will say it has cars in inventory online. That are not actually on the lot. You will have to call ahead to see if a vehicle you are interested in is actually physically there.

Had an appointment made around the salesman schedule and he failed to show. Yes he picked the time best available to him. No show. Says a lot about they're customers service.

I have been to several Toyota dealerships for my car maintenance and have always been provided top notch customer service. This location was horrible, I was standing waiting to be helped and staff would just look at me and no one helped me besides the cashier lady. I finally got someone to help and he was sarcastic and rude. Taking my business else where.

Great service. Dropped my vehicle and picked it up the next day. They parked it in their Cage lot which it’s telling me they care about. Thanks guys!!

Brought my work truck in for new tires. I told the service writer that I would be waiting on site. Nothing was mentioned of any delays or extra time and the waiting room was empty. Two hours later I had to get with the tech and check on the status. I was told almost ready. Hour and half after that I it was actually ready. If they would have communicated at any time that it was going to be an extended wait I could have come back for it. I usually work until late evening but made arrangements to get errands done on this specific day but due to poor service and worse talking skills wasted a day watching crappy television in a dealership waiting room

AMAZING SERVICE TIME AMD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was in such a bad spot with finding a mechanic for my brakes on my car and finally when I got in after my car sitting in Premium Car Center Odessa lot for three days they said they wouldn't even fix it because they were scared of the rust but not Toyota of Midland! They got my car right in and and Michael even kept me updated throughout the day on his personal cell! I can't not thank you guys enough!!

If I could give them no stars I would. They wanted to charge me $2000 for a "badly damaged" oil pan and to replace the plastic cover on my engine. I took it to my mechanic today and my oil pan is just scratched, not damaged. They said they refilled my washer fluid, it's completely empty, they didn't check my air filter or under my hood at all because my serpentine belt is ripped. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you want them to half a** your inspections!

I always have excellent service and wait times. I bought my car in Odessa because the price was better but when it comes to service I will use the Midland location!

We were driving across the country and had to get our vehicle serviced here. We worked with Michael in the service department, and he was very helpful in making certain a part could be ordered that was still under warranty, he provided us with all the information we needed. William in sales was also excellent!

So over the holidays my family and I went to Midland Texas to spend the holidays with my wife's family. My mother in law had told me and my wife that she wanted us to take her car shopping that she wanted a new car preferably a midsize suv. So we did she was leaning towards a Mercedes and I kept telling her her a Toyota get a Toyota. Her reply was no no no , because her friends kept telling her get a Mercedes they will treat you better etc etc. I insisted on a Toyota because of their reliability and dependability and it was the better fit for her long term. So we ended up going to Toyota Midland one night to be exact 12/30/20 it was around closing time, I just wanted her to see them up close. She liked them. So the next day 12/31/20 around 10-11am or so we went to the dealer , me my wife and mother in law. That day weather was pretty bad , snowing. We spent probably a couple hrs at the dealer going over the options as to which exact highlander she liked better. She ended up with the one that I liked the most. ( won't disclose which one ). So our sales guy ( Zach) cool guy , started the negotiations and what not , went over the vehicle , options and most importantly price. Your typical interactions at any dealer. They write down price of vehicle on paper , go over price terms etc , the normal. He comes back with a price , we obviously countered and after discussing with Zach that we wanted to start at invoice price for the Highlander he came back with that number and from there I had a conversation with my mother in law and told her what i think she should offer but to keep in mind that more than likely she would have to move up on her price. So she did and our offer was $48k out the door with 2.9% financing which was the lowest term as far as int for a new Highlander. I went over the term with her and with those numbers I told her what her payment would be. Using an online app that calculates car payments (used this plenty of times ). With that being said she was comfortable with what the payments would have been. So with this we continued the haggle , Zach came back with a counter of $51350 and change , i left it all to her and she stuck to her guns and would not budge. Her best and final was $48k out the door. Zach back to sells manager and when he comes back he brings Victor another sales guy to which we have bought precious vehicles from. ( total of 7 from this Toyota midland ). Víctor and Zach sit down and continue the negotiations and ask if their is any way she can come up, and again she sticks to her guns $48k out the door. They go back to sales manager come back with $49500 out the door 3.5% interest , I discuss with mother in law what payments would be etc etc , she declines and sticks to her price. Víctor gets up and says to Zach see see I told you she won't do it , she won't do it , you have to work harder. He does and Zach goes back to sales manager and at that time I had gone outside to have a cigarette , and out comes my wife and mother in law , they couldn't agree on price , no big deal happens all the time. As we were walking and in the area where the can park two cars inside , I think its the delivery area , it's nice and covered out of the elements which that day it was snowing. So Zach and victor come back and say what about 49k out the door 3.5 % , I ran that by my mother in law and she still refused it. I did tell both Zach and victor if it were me I would take the deal , that price was really good but it wasn't up to me. So lastly before we drove off , Zach came back and said best and final 48.5k out the door 2.9% 72 months. I told my mother in law do it do it , that's a really good deal. But to my surprise she still refused it. We drove off and maybe 10-15 mins Zach called my mother in laws cell , I ended up talking to him again great guy and we talked about how we can close the deal , and other things to which I won't say not that it's bad but with that being said I did say hey I'm sorry Zach , she just doesn't want to budge I'll tr

I made a last minute appointment to get a couple of minor things fixed on my Land Cruiser. I was in and out quickly and my total bill was only $17. But I got treated the same as if I had spent thousands or bought a new car! I can always count on great customer service from everyone at Toyota of Midland. Thanks again, for making customer service a #1 priority!

The salesman and the finance employee did not keep their word. After the transaction was complete it was a total fiasco for me and they were DONE. They refuse to respond, they owe me money and it's CRICKETS! Not one word! Zero answers. Everything they promised was NOT upheld. They do not operate on the up and up. Transaction over....they're done with you. Believe me it was a total fiasco that was a nightmare for ME. Not one apology offered. Nor will they do what they promised. I was a returning customer and will NEVER buy here again or with any affiliation (Nissan of Midland). Nissan of Midland is their main office, know of the incident, utter chaotic situation due to not doing what they promised and nothing. They said they were dealing with the employees involved but even the supervisor at Toyota is silent. He was completely unaware of what they did to me until I told him. The employees were keeping it between them. Believe me it was MAJOR. Nissan said they sent the money owed to me over to Toyota. I've received nothing nor will they communicate. I will never buy there again. I know I'm one and they don't really need my business but let this be a warning....if you deal with them do not EVER let your guard down. They are under handed. Only 1 star because I HAD to in order to post.
