This is by far one of the messiest stores I have been to. I couldn’t even get my babies stroller through the isle to look at clothes. My mood for shopping immediately changed. I purchased one item and left. The cashier was too busy picking at her nails she didn’t even greet us. These younger workers have no work ethic, no customer service nor do they care. Needless to say glad I’m only visiting.

I would have rated more but just because the simple fact that the African American lady sometimes that stands at the self check out was rude and I guess based on the way me and my family looked quickly assumed that I didn’t pay for my daughters toy she had in her had, she comes from behind me and says are you going to pay for that and I told oh yes I did and I was trying to show my receipt to her she didn’t bother to really look at the receipt and said yeah you paid for the drink but what about the toy and again I said it’s right here she then takes the toy from my daughters had and scans it on her little hand held machine and I show her again it’s right here. Very bad customer service had she check the receipt the first time this situation could have been avoided.

Yeah--it was Target hiring a Satanist to design kids clothes (with guillotines)--will never set foot in another Target. Really Target? Really? Haven't been back since--in truth wasn't that fond of it, so easy to do. Almost no customer service, not well stocked, dirty and way more expensive than either HEB or Walmart. Way more! In my opinion, Walmart is better, cheaper. Neither give good service, but at least Walmart is cheaper and so far, haven't hired Satanists. There you have it...

I give it 3 stars cause it took me more than 20 min to get somebody with a key .So I can get something. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE DIDN'T BOTHER ASK ME IF I NEED HELP.I RECCOMEND WORK ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

There is an older woman with long grey hair that wears her hair in a bun that does drive up. She is always unpleasant even when you greet her with a smile and say thank you. She is short, rude, and is just looking to toss your stuff and go. Today she had the same poor attitude that she always does. Threw my keurig in my trunk, then didn’t give me the rest of my order. When I finally got home and realized what had happened I had to go back to the store where the girl was trying to politely accuse me of picking up my order earlier and making it seem like I was just making up my story trying to get those items for free. I told her I had come earlier, but had other errands and didn’t realize I would need to get out of my car and check to see if she did her job. I didn’t notice I was missing those things until I got home. Another girl came to help and ended up finding the rest of my order with everything I described to the first girl. This is not the first time drive up has forgotten parts of my order and it’s frustrating to make another trip up there when I already didn’t want to go in the first place.Learning opportunity to help prevent situations like these:1. If there is a order number and name (which there was a sticker on the bag with that info) try to contact the customer if you are able to look up their profile and notify them.2. If you could not do solution one, write a note and let guest services know so when the customer comes back they are able to give it to them and you don’t falsely accuse them of trying to get those things for free.These are not hard things to do. Simple communication skills.

George Iglesias was the most helpful employee I’ve ever had!! He was very knowledgeable in his department, and even helped me in other things. This guy definitely deserves a raise! Will come to target again in hopes to see him and the store again!!

Absolutely horrible, the management there treats their associates with total disrespect, not caring for their feelings, and make no attempts to accommodate them, not a happy workplace. I will not shop there ever again.
