I'm not sure what the ladies name was but she was older with shoulder length white hair and she was super rude. The two guys working there made the experience a little better but she was extremely bitter. All I did was politely asked if they had, or could get, a whiskey I love and it's honestly hard to find but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask anyways. This lady gave me constant attitude and rudely told me "No one has it." So I said it was fine and then thanked them for looking anyways. As I walked off to find my mom I heard her proclaim "I don't know who she think she is to ask something like that!" I am so sorry I wanted to just double check and let you know that it was fine that yall didn't have it. The attitude was not needed. Yall need to really reevaluate your employees if this is how she treats people. I can assure you I wasn't the only one she was being snarky with either.

They have absinthe! After asking several other liquor stores in vain, I can finally chase the green fairy thanks to Pinkie's. Friendly & knowledgeable staff.

Wish I could have said this place was good but our experience was not the older lady at this location was Rude and not friendly!!! Think if you’re going in there to purchase drinks or liquor, you want to be able to shop and look around but when you’re getting looked at ugly and making remarks by its employee because your speaking Spanish the whole time it makes your experience not so good. Hope they can retrain their employee's to have better customer service skills.

Employees are all very kind and willing to help you find what your looking for. They have alot to choose from and some stuff I've never seen I'm gonna try eventually. Most of all they've had my mountain java for my morning coffee in stock everytime I went so far, hopefully they keep it stocked. Most places are always out down here and there's a lot of liquor stores here. 5 stars as long as they keep OL SMOKEY'S MOUNTAIN JAVA IN STOCK!!!!
