“This Walgreens just saved me after my regular one closed without notice! There was a mix-up with my mail-order pharmacy, and it was sent to Walgreens instead without notifying me. Walgreens called to tell me it was waiting while I was out of town, and when we got back and went to get the medication that Walgreens location had closed! I had no medication at all, and I called the Andrews Hwy/Midkiff Walgreens. They had my script transferred and ready for me to pick up in less than 20 minutes, no drive-through waiting, my insurance correct- perfect!”

“Festus, Heather, & Brittany were beyond wonderful towards me tonight. I’ve been really ill to my stomach and the Teledoc people incorrectly called in the prescription more than once AND forgot to file through my insurance all within the half hour before the pharmacy was supposed to close tonight. The pharmacy staff was so empathetic and kind enough to fill my prescription, and even had to stay a few minutes past their closing time to make it happen which they absolutely did not have to do. I know it’s sick season and lots of people aren’t feeling their greatest but PLEASE be patient and kind to your pharmacy staff, as they are doing the best they can. Thank you again, Festus, Heather, & Brittany for your kindness - keep doing a great job & May you be blessed for being under appreciated public servants!”

“My daughter had an ear infection and got a prescription from the urgent care. We showed up about 45 mins from closing time and arrived to a huge line! Probably 10 people in front of us. The pharmacy staff worked so hard to get everyone through the line. Some were sent away because Thor prescriptions weren't ready. It was my turn and they said there was no prescription for my daughter. They said I could wait u til they closed and they would see if they could put it on hold so I could go to a pharmacy who stayed open later to fill it. Lucy was such a big help to me and she continued to try and find the prescription. She wasn't able to so I left. She called 20 mins later after they closed saying that the prescription just came in and she would save it so I could pick it up at the Andrews location who was open til 10z. I am so thankful for Lucy going above and beyond for my daughter who was in a lot of pain. The staff were so patient with everyone and very friendly. Thanks CVS!”

“Dennis is a wonderful pharmacist. The pharmacy here, like everywhere is seems, is understaffed and overworked, but it's not the fault of the staff. Dennis has helped me so much with my son's prescriptions (talking through which medicine might taste better for him and how to flavor it) and with my prescriptions. He just saved me $200 on a medication that my insurance denied. He is also really wonderful with little kids and has been very sweet to my squirmy baby while we wait. The other staff has been really nice too. If your insurance forces you to go to a big chain pharmacy, I would recommend this CVS.”
