I work with Arrow emblems and needed more information on a DHL package somehow this address came up. Was wondering how DHL "forwards to third parties".I thought maybe Pak Mail was the third party since no other info on DHL tracking. I know I should've called DHL.. any HOOT. i called PAK Mail and Megan answered and she was more than helpful! thank you so much Megan! You're a Gem!

I sent some very important documents for an interview at an embassy and I paid for it to arrive on a specific day and it didn't arrive for this very important appointment. When you call they tell you that it was sent to I don't know what place and that they don't guarantee the date but that doesn't bother you. They say it when you are paying for the service, that is, if your intention is for the shipment to arrive on time and be safe, then do not send it with them.

As a shipping business they should’ve known you can’t ship phones(lithium batteries) internationally and should’ve not scammed me out my money and 2 months of wasted time with a lost package they sent. Man told me they don’t do refunds and got defensive before even figuring out what the problem was. Woman was barely any help just like the other reviews say. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I rented a box for 12 months for mail drop and I am not currently in the States so I get a notice that even though my rental box is not due for some time they are going to send my stuff back. Some of the mail is very important but they don't seem to care not only that but the girl that worked there was pretty snobby and the guy acts like he is an arrogant truck appointee. Had I known then what I know now I would not have spent well over $100 for a nosy man to not want to hold my stuff according to the contract Don't do business with this person. But probably if you're a minority or a female he won't let you do business with him anyway cuz he's that kind of guy. Boo to you sir for taking somebody's money for a 12-month mail box and then sending stuff back while the mailbox is still open.
