Ring getting a diff diamond on. Have called twice asking if it is done yet and they told me it SHOULD be done by the 11th but that when it is done I will “receive a text”….here we are on the 17th…still no call & no text. I’m sure they expect for ME to run around and call them constantly asking for MY RING. I am in commission sales myself and cannot stand and cannot forgive the non following through after the sale is made and commission is paid. I refuse to keep chasing a business for MY RING. Hopefully the business decides to do their job and text me sometime this week. I shouldn’t have to write a 1 star review to receive a promised text….but yet…here I am.

Let me start off by saying the whole team is amazing, We feel comfortable when walking in the doors! We often deal with Paula and she is AMAZING! She helps us find exactly what we are looking for as well as options and honest opinions! The thing I like the most is they are not pushy sales reps.. they don’t push you into something just to make a sale, they make sure it’s truly what you love and you are going to be happy! Thank you to my go to place that makes my husband facepalm!

Occasions has BEAUTIFUL jewelry. Luis was absolutely incredible! He listened to all of my specific requests and did his best to find exactly what I wanted. He never pressured me into anything that I didn’t want and he definitely never made our experience feel “salesy.” If you are looking for loose diamonds in Midland this is the place to go!!
