Great customer service, Kevin did my make up for a wedding and I he did a great job, everyone at midland Mac is super friendly and professional. I highly recommend anyone needing make up done go here, you only have to spend 50$ in store so basically your makeover is free. Thank you Joanne your team is awesome :)

Ashley was SUPER helpful! She greeted me in a professional and friendly manner. She asked me what look I wanted to achieve with my foundation and she had me color matched in minutes. Definitely will come back to shop with her 😊

I came in and was looking for different lipstick colors. I then told the girl exactly what color I wanted and also told her that I needed a powder foundation in the color C4. She left and i waited by the foundations. She started to take a while so I looked for her. She was helping someone else and ignored me. So i left. I think that it was rude what she did and not acceptable. I wish I could have catched her name.

Went in there the first week they opened and I'd never been to a MAC store before, they were obviously busy but made time for me and helped me find a foundation that I'm now obsessed with. Can't wait to go back!
