Just left this store. Worst customer service I have ever received by the so called assistant manager. Whoever this female is, she needs to be FIRED like yesterday. If the prices you have in your store don't match how the items are being rung up then you need to change the pricing on the shelf period point blank!

I just left this store, 6/16/23 8:30ish PM. When I walked in I was a bit excited to be alone and look at the Plus Size items!! Within 5 minutes I was ready to go and returned the 2 items of clothing I had in my basket. It has to be 85 to 90 degrees inside there!!! I as a customer can leave but those poor employees??? I'm appalled at the heat they are working in!! HEY CORPORATE...do you know the heat we are in right now??? Please come hang out in YOUR store for a shift with your team. I would think you'd care enough to get that air conditioning going or replaced!!!!!! This showed me you care very little about us as customers and even less for your team. I WON'T be going back. I will also tell all my friends not to go and ask them to tell their friends. NO, you won't miss us. However, we won't shop in the heat either. I'm off to find your competitor with A/C.

This location the cleanest location ever and all Texas’s you will not find cleaner than this store it is very very organized and you don’t see boxers on floor everywhere remember today is Friday it should look different but it seem the are taking care of everything it is super organized I really recommend you to visit this store

I love this store. They are always so nice and friendly at this store. The store is very well organized and clean all the time. I drive all the way from Greenwood just to come to this store. Every other Family Dollar I have been in around here has nothing on this store. Thanks ladies!P.S. My favorite store!

This is a great store, with only one large exception.The corporate office has decided that air conditioning is not important. Unfortunately, the excessive heat in this store makes it unbearable to shop in. I feel sorry for the employees that deal with this oppressive heat on a daily basis.
