Terrible attitude by people in the men’s shoes department. Shoes were either not priced or priced incorrectly. Refusal to honor prices marked or discounts marked on stock. Employee had an attitude and said it was not her problem they were priced wrong and there was nothing they could do about it. Tried ringing for a manager twice, nobody would answer.

There is this black lady in the dress department who came to knock on the dressing room aggressively barely 5mins i got in there to try on a dress,asking if i need anything rudely. Never knew that was a thing because i never asked or called for any help for her to come knock on the door like that.Very terrible experience.I had to leave right away.

There is a Hispanic lady with blonde hair that works in the sunglass area who is bad for business! Today is my second encounter with her; I also had one about two weeks ago with the same lady and her attitude sucks!

Went to Dillards the other day bc I needed a suit for prom , I’ve never owned a suit in my life didn’t know wear to start . A gentlemen named Garret made it super easy help me get a perfect fit and everything I needed for the occasion . Garret made it quick an easy very well spoken , held him self up high made the overall experience great !

I am not a person who loves shopping in person, except when I come here. Nikki in the dress department is a gem! She helped me select dresses and they were both stunning! If they do not have it in your size she immediately asks when you need it and then offers to order it. This type of customer service is rare now days.They also have the best dress selection I have ever seen and in a large assortment of sizes.And last but certainly not least, Ashley at the Chanel counter is one of the best humans I have ever met.

Veronica at the sunglasses department was extremely rude without a reason, I decided to take my business to sunglasses hut instead (since I’m shopping for $400-$500 sunglasses) and she told us “okay good” in Spanish, basically stating Good Riddance. I’ve never experienced such disturbance.

Manuel gave us the best experience I’ve ever had. He’s very knowledgeable about the colognes he sales, and the notes used to make them. I told him what was in my personal collection and he went off with the smells I liked and point me in the direction to fragrances that are similar. Will definitely be going back.
