Not sure who the middle aged woman is that typically closes the store and parks her personal vehicle at the front door but she is so unprofessional it's insane. This was my 4th-5th time encountering her and how she still has a job there is beyond me. Went in at 7:15 once and she sighed loudly and said "we close soon just so you know". This time time she locked everyone in the store at 7:42 when they close at 8 and then complained loudly to the customer in front of me in line about how she should just quit. Was throwing bags and clothes around and having a tantrum. Then finished my transaction and said "I'll be right there the door is locked." I'm sure she intended to finished with the other customers she had locked into the store first though. Catos is becoming infamous for POORLY behaved employees. It's sad.

So you can’t work at this place unless you’re vaccinated? If you’re not vaccinated, they want you to get a Covid test once a week. In this day and age who can afford to do that once a week.Doesn’t make a lot of sense over half the people that shop there are not vaccinated. Midland cato fashion you lost out on a good employee.

Supposed to be open at 1pm on Sunday!!! There were 8 costumers waiting outside we were waiting in our car 1:08pm not open yet no sign of employees even driving up everyone has left,wondering if corporate knows this???

Came to the store and it should be open at 11am. The employee walks in 5 minutes until time to open with food. We waited for 20 minutes after 11 am still no sign of opening soon. There was 6 customers waiting and everybody just ended just leaving. Not a good way to run a business. But sure easy way to run customers off!
