The old man that works there Charles I believe is his name needs to quit or retire. He doesn’t smile and doesn’t know what he is talking about. I asked about a used gun and the price was more than what it costs new. I went online to the manufacturers website and should Charles as a courtesy he didn’t even acknowledge me that I was correct about the pricing. Charles didn’t even try to ask questions or help or see if he could negotiate the price. He just kept continuing cutting paper with his scissors. This is why sadly it’s better to buy online. People like him make you not want to go to the store and deal with rude employees that don’t care and are just collecting a paycheck. What ever happened to employees saying welcome in. Let me know if I can help you. I will NEVER go to that place again. I ended up buying a gun ($560) from the Cash America on 2613 Wall St.

Roxy and Tanner are the rudest women I’ve ever dealt with, are not up to date with the gun rules and laugh when you are up to date with the rules!! Worst costumer services ever I was about to buy a couple of things which included a LV purse for my wife and now will not do it because of how they treated me! You lost out on a lot of money girls!!!

It's incredible the bad treatment you receive from the girl. I'm talking about a not very tall girl who has a very bad character. She treated me extremely badly and I was disappointed without buying anything. It's a shame that there are people like that working with the public. They should fire her. I don't care. I don't like to hurt anyone but this person completely ruined my day, what a disappointment, I went into the store and he told me what he wants, and I told him a tablet for children and he said, tell me which one do you want, I told him that I haven't seen any because where are they placed? I can't see them and he repeated the same question to me in the following way,! Yes but tell me which one you liked so I can grab it! With a very bad character and an angry face and I told him, you know, I better not grab anything.

The short female manager that wears the glasses and the female employees don't know nothing about jewelry ? ? they don't know a diamond if somebody threw it and hit them in the eye with it. I really think they should find another line of work. I went to another pawn shop and told them what they told me about my jewelry?( of course they laughed?) I walked out with $1,500.

They will not call you or anything to let you know your stuff is up, especially if the manager wants what you pawn!

My daughter and I always feel like valued customers whenever we come here. Trell is a great and friendly employee who always does his best to help us with whatever we need, and the district manager Matt is extremely knowledgeable and happy to explain things to us. Excellent customer service. We will definitely be back.

Be very careful when buying here. They sell you things and when the tests don't even work they tell you that they can't give you your money back. That's called theft.
