I give 2 stars for the wide variety and quality of the items in the store. Other than that, dealing with them has been a nightmare. I understand items are hard to get these days but I call, they say they will check it out and call me back. This happened at least 6 times and never a call back. Two items ordered were wrong and had to order the correct part that we wanted originally and they tried to charge me for the new items. Then when the two items were ordered, they only ordered one. A nightmare. I gave up and found what they could not get online and it came in 5 days when it took them 6 weeks to get. Not doing business again.

We used Morrison Supply 20 years ago when we built our house, and they were our go to in 2020 when we remodeled. Highly recommend Rock Shaw and Morrison Supply - Rock actually remembered most of the things he had sold us in 2000 - that's some good customer service! They have a very wide range of products, and very good pricing.

We worked with Rock Shaw for our kitchen remodel in 2018. We have done over 6 projects with numerous products since then because of the service we have received from Rock. The products are top shelf and delivered as promised and on time. As long as Rock is at Morrison’s we will always be a customer.
