I recommend them 100%Rosa was very kind help me bring in my pet and the vet tech was fabulous and Dr k down to earth first time there hard to find a vets in this area THE office is clean same day appointment which was a plus I highly recommend them ?

I went to get my cat checked for parasites, and they acted like they didn’t know what to do with a cat. I loved the young man that chatted with me before the vet saw us, but when the vet lady came in and saw my cat, she was just plain rude and acted like she did not care about me or my sweet cat who was just terrified of a new environment. My cat ran all around the examining room & the vet tried catching her with something relating to a ladder. That made her even more terrified. I ended up grabbing my cat MYSELF because everyone else was afraid of some small scratches. I do not tolerate people who discriminate against cats. They are someone’s baby.
Do them a favor and DON’T bring in your cat…

I was told prior to my appt to bring my new puppy’s rabies vaccination. I had an emergency meeting at work and couldn’t make it so my husband had to fill in. He didn’t have the paperwork. They told him he couldn’t go back until he had the shot. No option to reschedule was presented at that time. They took her back and my husband was told the DR would just watch her walk (due to her limping). They then gave her the shot in the back without us knowing.
We would have just rescheduled so I could take her up with the paperwork.
It’s so sad because we have gone there for 6+ years and love Dr. Miller and Dr. Brown. We have spent thousands with them. To just let customers go like without trying to reconcile is upsetting. I would no longer recommend this place to be all about the customers. They are over priced and from the interactions I’ve had lately, overrated. Our 5 dogs will not be back.

Super happy with the remedies and results of our recent allergy flair-up. The vet tech was so sweet to even sit on the floor to ease our dog’s anxiety. Thorough consults with the doc.

I love the vets here but was beyond shocked that the cost to neuter my pup was $750. So disappointed that they don’t even mention the cost when you make the appointment.

I like this place, most of the staff are amazing, I feel like it's a little expensive but I like that it's easy to get an appt and the vets are super nice.

Extremely overpriced. I've worked at the vet clinic before and these people charge for outrages things "disposal". What an absolute joke. I went in for issues and came out with "my cat is fine but he's some medicine to help with his poop". How you check his urine by checking his butt? You can't! You need urine samples.

I can't say enough good things about this veterinary clinic! Every time we bring Luci in, she is always so well taken care of. The staff is incredibly accommodating and makes sure all of her needs are met. It's such a relief to know that Luci is in great hands. Highly recommend this clinic to all pet owners!
