We got to the place at 11am, first thing my husband asks is they accept cc, he said yes, there was a total of 3 cars there, including us, we watched the 4 workers jack up ours and other cars, take tires off, and then commence to running around, not doing much, back and forth, finally they finished 2 other cars, 2 more pulled up, and the workers did the same, bunch of running back and forth, we r still sitting there while they work on new arrivals, our vehicle has tire off so no choice but to wait. They finished 2 new arrivals before us. Finally it's 1220 they finish and then tell us there's a 12 fee for using CC. He could have told us that when we asked about a CC. NEVER AGAIN.

Stopped in on my way from Waco to Jasper after I noticed my tire going flat. Turns out it was a bad tire and beyond patching. They were able to get us in quick and get us a used tire. 10 mins after leaving the shop, the tire completely blew and left us stranded at a gas station in the middle of nowhere. Would not recommend ?

Bought a used tire from them on yesterday and not even 24hr I had a blowout with the same tire I purchased from Roles tire. After contacting Him about The tire that I purchased from him not even 24 hours later, and he says He doesn’t give warranty on any of his used tires. This is bad business because you normally receive a 72 hour warranty at tire shops when purchasing a used tire he is rude and takes advantage of people, especially senior citizens. I don’t advise anyone to purchase any type of tires from this place of business.

I recently was in town visiting my elderly mother. I noticed the tires on her car were in very bad shape. So, we went to the big box store (WM) to quickly get new tires. We had a very bad experience there. So, I called Role's tire shop. Not only did they have the tires in stock, but they had them installed on her car within 30 minutes of our arrival, and the best part, they were very competively priced. Thank you, Role's tire shop, for the hard, honest work. I highly recommend Role's tire shop !
