I called the pharmacy to get pricing on a vaccine and was put on hold for over 30 minutes. Decided to go instead after wating for 15 minutes and when I told them how long I was waiting and saw how many people were working there (even the pharmacist heard) the didn't seem too care. They seemed more preoccupied with whatever else they had going on to get back to me on the phone. So I told her to cancel my appointment I made and they didn't seem to care about losing business either. Very disappointed. I have received better care from CVS. To bad they don't have the vaccine I need.

I have had it with their prescription service! I ordered a refill on Oct. 2d, was told on Oct. 4 that it was 'out of stock.' Checked back with them at 2:15 p.m. on Oct. 7th and was told they were 'Waiting for Doctor's Approval.' Called my doctor who said they had received the first contact from Walgreens at 3:08 p.m. on Oct. 7th. Doctor sent in new prescription for same medication on Oct. 8th. Communication from Walgreens today was 'There was an issue with your insurance.' My insurance covers that medication. The only issue was caused by Walgreens.

So apparently guys If you shop at Walgreens you have to know what there abbreviations on there items mean .As a new customer or a customer that doesn't know this you will be fooled by there prices . I picked up and item that said BOGO 50% off , so naturally I just thought the item was 50% off, well not quite the manager Rubien who by the way was RUDE when explaining this to me told me the abbreviation meant but one get one 50% off .REALLY ....so Misleading to the customer and Rubien didn't make it any better with his Rude attitude treating us as if we wanted the item free ,no Just wanted to understand what the misleading sign meant make it where the customer knows this and not get to the register thinking they have a good deal . To top it all off Rubien then say the sign is old and should have been taken down since 8/31......unreal

Finally today, after many years, I am leaving this pharmacy. Even when picking up the same script time after time, they cannot process Good RX consistently. It's obviously a lack of training and customer care. I've seen recently they have new employees and they just seemed ill-equipped to handle the load of a busy pharmacy. Moving on.

Appointments do not matter!! I made appointments for the flu shot at 12:10 and 12:20 for 2 people. Got here 15 minutes before and had to wait in line, which was fine I guess. Finally got to the front at my appointment time. They got my insurance in and then told me to wait. My appointment time came and went and I still was not seen. The second appointment time came and went and we were still not seen. Go to the minute clinic at CVS. They see you ar your scheduled appointment time. I came during my lunch break and was late getting back to work.

This place just frustrates me. My past complaints (back when I had decent insurance) was the long wait time to pick up a prescription. Now that I have a high deductible health plan, cost is a real issue, so I've been shopping around with GoodRX info. Walgreens seemed to offer decent prices, but lo and behold, they refused a GoodRX coupon for one of my meds, saying (despite what the coupon said) that they could only take $1 off my insurance price. I had them transfer that one to Kroger and saved about half because Kroger had no issues with my GoodRX coupon. Went to pick up another med at this Walgreens and they had substituted another med (stating that I had been switched to this months ago which was not true) and they given me only a one month supply and said the charge was $242. After protesting this, they said they could switch the RX back to the prescribed med, give me a 90 day supply and took the coupon price of around $85. Yeah, I don't think I want to deal with this place anymore.

I switched my prescriptions from CVS to Walgreens and was the best choice. My medicine is always ready in time, they answer all my questions and even in busy times you can see the employees working faster. I've always been treated like the customer and not an inconvenience.

Excellent service and it shows by how busy they are. I don't know how they find the time to answer calls.

I just called 5 times! It's ridiculous, they don't like answering the phone I guess.

The acting manager today went above and beyond for my father's customer service today. He helped him out when most people would have ignored or told him sorry we don't have that item in the store. Thank you for your dedication and hard work.

+25 minute wait in Drive Thru for meds. If a car needs to be at the window that long, kindly ask them to park and come inside. Should never be 7 to 8 cars deep? They never communicate like other pharmacies wither when prescriptions are filled. Avoid.
