Poor communication.
No indication on phone or Website that customer service no longer exists on Samuel Blvd.
Sign on street directs to customer service. Yet, the area is fenced with no access. Would have been nice if information was updated.

Pathetic experience with the voice call, how can a voice call understand a long tracking id. I tried a lot of times and since it doesn’t understand it drops the call.

I hate when packages are shipped with UPS. I've seen my packages come across the us in a day just to sit here for days. Then when they finally get on a truck the driver excessively speeds down my street daily. Not just a little fast, he flies down my street. I got a speed detector set up now with a camera and have been collecting videos of the brown trucks. 40mph on a residential road happens on the regular. Keep an eye open for the release. This one is going viral just like the last one. Sad day when a government ran program is the superior option.
