Take 5 yea they speed through working on your car. I was told they would top off my fluids it wasn’t done my car was leaking after the got done working on it I was very unsatisfied with service I specifically asked for fluids to be topped off and the completely ignore my request

They told me that they could not take all the old oil on my Mercedes because the device they use to suck out oil only holds 5 quarts but they left 2 quarts of old oil in and put 5quarts off new oil on top of my old one and charged me over 160.00 dollars

Today was my second time coming here and customer service has definitely improved. I first arrived and someone approached my vehicle to see what was needed. Once I informed them I needed an oil change they guided me on where to go. The wait was about 30-45 minutes (which is not bad given that there is no appointment scheduled for this). Once I was next for oil change, I was greeted by Dontavien and he was very respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the difference in the oil change options and entire process. He explained how the sticker they give us is not just a reminder of when I need to get my oil changed but also all the perks customers receive when returning prior to the mileage or date listed. I was very satisfied with this experience and their customer service. Everyone was very friendly and professional, I will definitely be returning to this location!!

When I pulled up in line I was next in line. Employee walked out and said it would be 30 minutes. Took 45 minutes until they got to me. Then 30 minutes into my oil change they stopped and attended another customer who was screaming at them. Then 10 minutes later they charged my card and finished oil change and started my vehicle inspection. Stopped in the middle of that for 15 minutes only to come back and tell me they had 1 step left. Then they started the last step only to tell me the cable was ripped and didn’t work. I asked for a refund and they said their system was down. They told me to go to the mesquite location to finish inspection and that I would be first in line and they wouldnt charge me (because they supposedly called over there to let them know the situation). I went to Mesquite location and they said they had no calls from the Broadway location. And that I would have to wait in line like normal. So I wait in line and then was up next. I showed the employee my receipt showing I had paid for it. He took 12 minutes talking to his manager, only to tell me that he had to charge me again. Finished the inspection at the Mesquite location and drove back to the original shop on Broadway. I told them that I had to pay over there and asked the employee for a refund. He said they couldnt because they “threw my receipt away”. I asked them if they could look for it and he immediately responded “we already looked for it and cant find it”. I asked how could he have looked for it already if I just asked a few seconds ago. He said it didn’t matter because the system was down…even though they we’re currently helping other customers. I asked him what my options were and he said “I dont know come back tomorrow”. The overall process took 3.5 hours and I still dont have a refund. I tried calling the customer service phone number but was on hold for over an hour before I gave up. Now what part of this experience sounds reasonable or normal. Ive had bad service before but this is a story I will be telling for years. I cant muster up enough words to express how frustrated I am, will never go to another location, plan on spreading the news, and feel embarrassed for your establishment for having legendary incompetence, to the likes I doubt ill ever see again in my lifetime. I dont imagine ill ever get my money back but hey….I guess thats just what you have to expect at a Take-5 :)

Very expensive for oil changes. $100+. Inspection equipment wasn't working and apparently hadn't for a few days. Staff turn around is really bad. Never the same crew

I just made the move to Mesquite from Irving (where I used take 5 because it was close) and made the initial mistake of going to Kwik Kar for an oil change since it is now the closest place to me. NEVER AGAIN! I drove across town for Take 5 to do my inspection and will ONLY use Take 5 in the future for Oil changes . Thank you for your kind and continuous service!

Came here to get an oil change for the first time and was very satisfied with their work and kindness of the gentlemen working there. They even offered to replace my wiper blades which I didn't know they did there and I really needed them and the best part was I got a good deal on them plus 6 month guarantee on them! I love how they go to you and offer you a cold water bottle as you arrive! They're all nice and knowledgeable! Thanks guys
