This place is so bad they stare at me when I walk around the Store like teal hard , could I'm breathing real fast and all that they think I'm not on anything. I have really bad anxiety that makes me breathe like that So if you all have a problem with that, don't make me Come down there and file a complaint. You all got bad customer service.

Just happen to chk my checking acc & I happen to notice that Kroger charge me TWICE for my transaction. Kroger double charge me. If paying w/ credit card, WATCH OUT people, double chk your credit card account.

Me and my family shop here all the time and have been for years!! Today as my sister and I were checking out after finding out that the hair clips we desired to purchase weren't the accurate price that it previously shown. As we were trying to get the employee to void the item, the security guard kept watching us and staring at us. Previously was also following us around at some point in the store. Once the employe voided the item and HE took it behind his desk we left the store. Remind you the security guard was at the front the WHOLE time watching us since we were the only people checking out besides a lady who was leaving. When he got outside we were at our car when he yelled out "Ladies" he came over asking where were the hair clips and said that our section was still left open (which makes sense but it also had the item highlighted red signifying it was taken off and can only be confirmed by an actual employee with the code). I told him let's go back inside and I can show him that we didn't steal anything. When we got inside I grabbed the hair clips and showed them to him which lead him to say "oh" without an apology. We left the store without an argument but it was upsetting being accused when the man had been following and staring at us the WHOLE time we were in there. Also when he called us "ladies" not knowing if we identified as that or not was also out of hand but not as weird as his accusation. Really suggest you guys get a new security guard who ACTUALLY pays attention before making accusations.

Horrible experience. Pre ordered My daughter’s birthday cake her first birthday cake almost 2 weeks early got a confirmation email stating that it would be ready on a Saturday at 12 PM got there no cake was ready couldn’t find my order and all I get is a I’m sorry ma’am. No phone call from korgers or nothing. Put my trust in the bakery and they failed. Glad it wasn’t a wedding cake smh. Luckily I went to Albertsons on Buckner and garland rd and they made me another cake just like the one Krogers was supposed to make and had it ready the same day within a few hours. That was unacceptable make sure if you order a cake from the Krogers on Gus Thomason you call and verify that they actually get your order and don’t depend on a email confirmation.

I was under the impression that a Kroger Signature would be at least a little bit upscale. Maybe this location is in transition. That being said it was still nice inside and it did appear that they had some parts under construction. Founds everything we needed. It's in a quieter part of Mesquite than we're used to so that was nice. Just a little messy inside otherwise no complaints. It was the day after Thanksgiving after all. Can't wait to see it when the construction is done.

Usually I love Kroger Signature stores. This one is rough. The aisles are super narrow and over crowded, stuff was cluttered, and it seemed dirty overall. We ended up driving an additional 15 minutes to another store for a nicer experience. This one is needed a remodel.

Why do the bathrooms have to be in the back stock or storage? People are willing to steal whatever they find without employees or managers looking. Bad architecture!!

Went into the store today, the lady behind the customer service desk started yelling at me to put a mask on, tried telling her that I have an underlying medical issue that restricts me from wearing the mask, others were walking in the front door with no mask, mask under their chins and she didn't say anything. She asked about my medical condition, I told her when she signs the hippa forms I'd be glad to discuss them with her. I left, called the store manage and just got push back and excuses. I will be contacting their legal department and never shop there again.

HORRIBLE-HORRIBLE Place to shop!!! This place is a DISGRACE to your company, the city and mankind!!! The employees are stupid and rude!!! I'm on a walker now but previously a business owner for 10 years. I can't fathom in my wildest nightmares treating a customer or being treated with such dirtbag disrespect. I left once again without buying anything because of your employees! It's also so dirty, in disarray, and cluttered I can barely get through on a handicap scooter. I WISH I COULD TELL THE WORLD WHAT A HORRIBLY PATHETIC PLACE THIS IS!!!!! SHAMEFUL

show package clerk how to package v. I had individual containers of ice cream with cans common sense said put cold with cold . also the 1st thing I asked him to do is KEEP THE ICE CREAM TOGETHER .IT WAS TOGETHER WHEN I GAVE IT TO CASHIER.BECAUSE IT WAS A SPECIAL !!!!!

Its not signature at all. They discriminate. They will pull you out of a long line if your mexican and if you say anything about it will tell you off in front of everyone. americans get to stay in the long lines. Rude customer service managers and rude pharmacy. Terrible experience totally

Instead of TRAINING why not try to get those trespassing tickets REVOKED so the boys, their families and the community that looks like them can shop here. TRAINING is not going to fix that!! This is so ridiculous that we're still going thru this!

The store manager needs to be held accountable. If one of my employees ever displayed this type of behavior they would be terminated immediately. If something is not done and the guest is not contacted to extend your appology, I will have to start shopping elsewhere.

Overall good store but is super old, janky parking lot. The floors look horrendous,which effects the overall view of the store. Which is probably not Kroger's fault but the city.
