This Skechers location is in the Premium Outlets of Mercedes, Tx. The staff was very friendly, I was looking for children's tennis and I found a lot of variety for my children. I found a second pair promotion at 50%, I bought 4 pairs in total. The store is large and there is a lot of variety for men, women and children. Very clean place and gigantic parking lot. I loved it!

Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Staff kept store very clean and very prompt to put any unwanted pairs of shoes back in their place. They had great deals! Will definitely be going back!

Bad customer service. No one offered to help. No one even smiled. The attendant was eating chips at the register. So disappointed that I left without buying the shoes I liked.

Went to this store to buy my work shoes I needed that I had looked up online. Couldn't find the the size of shoe I needed, they had all other sizes except my size, tried to find a store floor associate to help me but couldn't find one, all associates where at the checkout stand with other customers. There were several other customers looking for associates to help them also. I stood around almost 20 minutes before I finally got some assistance and was told they didn't have any back room stock in my size and suggested that I try the store on Trenton. So I called there and asked if they had the size and style of work shoes I was looking for and the clerk said yes, so I went there.

Store does not open at 10 am! My wife was waiting outside the store for about 10 minutes and I called to confirm if and when they would be opening and no answer. If they open at 11 am then they should advertise that they open at 11 am. Very disappointing to have to go elsewhere for our children's shoe needs.
