Came 2 days in a row never anyone at the postal center. Waited from 8am -10am. How do you get your packages from this post office. This post office should just be shut down and package sent to Pecos

This gal, JoJo, is awesome! I think she's a different postal person, since the other one left; but JoJo, totally deserves five stars for the services she helped me with! Awesome service, I have packages delivered, a postal box, and she even recommended great restaurants in Pecos, and they are good! She's an excellent postal worker! And she's there 8am-10am; just like what is required of her. Go see for yourself. The other reviews are for someone else.

This post office needs to be open for 4 hours a day Monday - Friday and closed on Saturdays.

No air condition. Limited working hours. Very limited employees, one person working at any giving time which makes the wait time very high.

Clerk is only there for 30 minutes daily because of budget cutbacks for rural post offices. Very friendly and prompt service.

How can a community and the Loving County seat expect to operate on the two hours a day our post office is open. We can't buy stamps except online. To mail packages we have to drive twenty to thirty miles one way. Our county has offered to pay all utilities and the location site is already being provided free. It needs to be open at least three hours a day Monday through Friday. Close it on Saturdays, it may already be closed on Saturdays. The postal employee doesn't have time to do cleaning inside or out. The building and parking lot are looking trashy.
