There needs to be a third mailbox installed on the side street (E BOIS D ARC RD). Every time I mail a letter there, the box is so full of mail that it's nearly falling out of the opening. It's been like this for a long time. I'm sure I'm not the first to complain about this. But, after reading a few reviews, I doubt anything will be done about this problem. I'll go elsewhere. Do your jobs people.

First off, we LOVE our mail carrier, she is AWESOME - the problem is when our mail is on hold and there is a replacement for her. Our mail was recently placed on hold for Thursday - Monday. This Post Office held our mail from Tue to Infinity!!!!! We had to go request it on the following Tuesday and was told "Oh, your carrier is out and no one checked..." That certainly doesn't explain why they held it 2 days prior to the requested hold and why is NO ONE PAYING ATTENTION??? But yet Postal Costs continue to rise :( A "Sorry" might have helped the wound...

Never emails you back even with an on going issiue of someone's else's mail coming to my house!!! It's like they make sure to put anyone that's not me; mail in my box. I'm really taken back!!! Smfh

Lost our package, so we setup a service request, they then changed it to resolved, but never delivered it! So now we are back at square one trying to create new service request to find it and hopefully get it delivered one day in life!

Sushmita was very helpful and fast / efficient with fingerprinting. She was also very kind and sweet. The post office was busy with a long line as usual but they still handled my request quickly and efficiently. This is a very busy main post office so I think the employees are all doing the best they can. Thank you all for working hard and taking care of our needs!

Awful! Sent sister B-Day Cookies and these geniuses put her package into her parcel locker without giving her a key, so she didn't even know her B-Day cookies were in her parcel Locker, melted for days because the Us Mail delivery person never gave her a key or any notice that she had a package. Just the most incompetent bunch of mail destroyers.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Power hungry employees that only take that portion of their job seriously. While 5 employees share the mail line making jokes and screaming laughing at one another ONE employee responsible for passport processing that didn’t show up until 1:30pm (when walk in hours are ONLY 1pm-2pm) took one family of five, then the “supervisor” turns away 20+ customers at 1:50pm after everyone had been waiting in line since before 1pm because, “we have met our walk in quota for the day for passport processing”. With zero explanation as to how this specific quota is decided that is stated no where on any government passport processing websites. It is such a shame these employees have such pride in telling customers they are not willing to do their job. You would think a useful manager would be able to help and handle their specific walk in hours that are posted everywhere and do not fluctuate, but be cautious this is NOT a useful, helpful, considerate, or kind facility, you’d be better off hand delivering any mail while you’re at it.

Mold everywhere coming out of the AC vents and it is not customer friendly. Staff here are not helpful and are very rude. They lack a basic customer communication and don’t greet you back when you greet them

We had to wait over 2 hours to get my daughter a renewed pasport.
Short staff!!!!!!!
