The guys/gals at Solutions Automotive are the best in the business. Took my Jeep to another repair service that claimed I needed at new motor because my head was cracked and it was misfiring. The techs at Solutions Automotive found out it was just a crack in my radiator and replaced just want needed to be replaced. They take their time in finding out exactly what needs to be done and they don't try to make you do unnecessary repairs. Joe and his technicians are life savers !! THANK YOU

Excellent service by all! However, since I got my car back, the new power steering pump is not as easy to turn as it was with the old one. Need to discuss this, plus I now needae 4-wheel alignment done, as the car is now pulling to the right. Tom Yarbro 8/5/24

Everyone was very helpful. I had a difficult situation with a warranty company and Connor called them multi times a day and stayed with it until we got the results. I have been using Solutions Automotive for over a decade. I fully recommend them for the work they do. Rick
One of the coils that Solutions installed went bad. They were very quick to replace it and get me my truck back. Great Job.

Joe and his team has always been wonderful, friendly, and helpful. They are honest in telling you what is needed or what can wait in repairs, and they do their best to get repairs done as quickly as they can. I've never had an issue with any fixes they've made, and can trust they'll get the job done - I've been going to him for nearly 10 years and it's the only shop I will take my truck to!
Most recent fix - new lifters, cams, valve cover gasket, coils, and spark plugs. Also the radiator that unexpectedly went out the week prior.

Took my Mother- in laws truck in due the battery light coming on and Firestone was going to charge her Thousands of dollars to replace the alternator.,Joe stated to leave it with him and he’d look at it. He had it for a few days and the light finally came back on but the alternator was good so Joe worked on the wiring for week and found it was in the wiring harness and gave us a couple of options that we could go . We had him replace the wiring harness and it didn’t even cost half of what Firestone wanted. My mother-in-law now wants to take her car Solutions Automotive from now on. I’ve trusted Joe for 6-7 years with my car and trucks , he’s straightforward and gives you options and just doesn’t look at you as another customer!! Joe treats you as Family and gives you a great price and service . I tell everyone when they ask about a great place to take your vehicle.
