Great location in McKinney TX. I was actually going to the Nissan dealership next door but saw all the inventory here so I stopped and ended up buying a 2025 Toyota Camry. This is my fourth Toyota and I love it. The sales experience was great and Hector was fantastic. The process was very fast and smooth and I was in and out in about 2.5 hours. Financing was fast and the terms were agreeable. The only issue I had was the car was not tinted and it should have been so I had to drive another 75 miles round trip back to the dealership to get it done and then I had to wait 2.5 hours for the work to be completed. Overall I would recommend this dealership.

Ty was great. He was able to get me in to be seen the same day for a diagnostic check, deal with the warranty company, and have my car repaired in less than 48 hours. It was honestly the best service experience I've ever had with a dealership; I will be doing all of my services with Pat Lobb Toyota going forward.

Bought a couple used vehicles from the world renowned George MoGollon there at Toyota McKinney and financed with John’s help in the finance department. These two guys are the best in the business. I encourage you to go talk to them next time you’re looking for great support. And they have the Best fountain Diet Coke around as well.

My visit with Pat Lobb Toyota of Mckinney was very gratifying. I contribute this to my salesman (Bill Jenkins). He was knowable, courteous, pleasant and I feel cared to match his customer with what they wanted. He asked me questions as to my needs in a vehicle and would explain to me the items I was not certain about. When I did my test drive he explained all aspects of the operation of each button or moving part on the dash, as well as the storage areas. I am a elderly, single woman and he was very patient with me and took his time to make sure the vehicle was what I would be happy with. If I have a need for another vehicle I will return to this Sales Consult, Bill Jenkins
