Alex is the BEST this is the best Metro pcs store in the world. I have been to 3 different Metro pcs stores and none of them would help me with getting a new phone. Alex was so helpful, so smart, and such a pleasure to work with this the metro store on Tennessee would not help me switch my phone literally Alex helped me with everything and even taught me some new customizable features I can use. She went above and beyond. If you need a phone see Alex at Metro PCS on McDonald’s.
