Three months in and loving it. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The staff is absolutely great and very attentive. Much of my interactions have been with Taylor from my very first apt search and the viewing. Taylor is amazing! Great place, great amenities. The only thing I would say is I wish the pool was heated or a jacuzzi. Other than that it’s a great place to live. Shopping centers, restaurants, everything literally is right here in the area.

I moved here in 2021 into a 2bd/2bath, the leasing agents were extremely helpful and I had no issues with my apartment, my elderly mother and I shared. It was convenient for her to get to all of her doctor appointments, and to be able to provide her with some freedom to walk over to the Tom Thumb next door. I recently downsized due to my mother relocating back to her home state and her home. I am now in a 1bedroom which I love. The area is convenient, although they are not your newer apartments, each person has their own preference. I also do not like large apartment complexes. The leasing staff has always been helpful and timely, with any request I have had.

Stonebridge was one of the apartments I considered when moving to Texas, and unfortunately it was too far from my job so I went somewhere else - but I want to share how wonderful of an experience I had during my tour. Taylor, my leasing agent, was so fun and informative and the facilities were just beautiful. I almost regret not just dealing with the drive everyday. Thank you Stonebridge for a wonderful experience! Highly recommend :)

Absolutely! Stonebridge Ranch Apartments in McKinney, Texas is a beautiful community to call home. The amenities, nearby schools, and shopping centers make it a great place to live. And let me tell you, Taylor is a rockstar! and so knowledgeable about the community, but she also has this amazing ability to make you feel like a best friend. Her warm and friendly demeanor creates a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Working with Taylor is like hanging out with your closest buddy. Highly recommended! ??♀️ I look forward to touring and getting to know this beautiful property even better!!

We’ve been living here about about 3 years now and can’t say enough good things about this apartment complex! It is quiet, homey and everyone is so friendly! Maintenance does a great job along with the office staff! We would recommend MAA Stonebridge to anyone!

This complex gave me a apartment that had scratched up carpet and peeling paint off of cabinets and the bathtub, missing baseboards, and more. When I moved in I complained and put it on the paper that they make you fill out a few days after moving in to report damages. Not only did I do that I took photos and emailed them complaining about the carpet and how trash was left in my patio closet. Vicki in the leasing office apologized and sent someone to come clean and told me that the apartment only replaces the carpet every five years. The nerve y'all have to charge me for damaged carpet is unacceptable and I will be calling corporate to get this charge disputed before I goes on my credit. This apartment was far from luxury and didn't give me my 250 dollar deposit back and then wants to charge an additional 350 something dollars for damaged carpet.

This place is absolutely adorable! My boyfriend and I toured it before we made our move to Colorado for my work! We would’ve absolutely moved here if we didn’t move states!! The views are gorgeous and the people are so kind! Taylor at MAA was so incredibly helpful as well she made our days!!

I have loved calling this place home for the past 3 years! The complex is always kept clean and is very quiet, the office was great to work with and maintenance was very helpful whenever we had any issues. We loved our apartment and the amenities provided!

Stonebridge was one of my top choices when I first started looking at apartments. Immediately after meeting some of the staff (specifically Taylor) I was sold, and knew I wanted to move here. Taylor provided exceptional service and helped reduce the stress of finding and moving into a new apartment significantly. I would give this apartment complex 10 stars if I could, but 5 will have to suffice.

I had such a marvelous time visiting MAA Stonebridge Ranch. As a 31 year Stonebridge Ranch resident, and I could easily feel very comfortable scaling down into one of these lovely apartments.the entire environment here is very well maintained and secure

Pleasant smaller apartment complex with mostly friendly staff and timely maintenance completion.Nice pool area, great for families with young children.A negative is noise from above floor, people walking etc. is easily heard in apartments below.Have overall enjoyed our time living here.

I’ve been hesitant to leave this review, because I’m not one to typically leave bad reviews, but after they essentially tried to keep me from qualifying for my new apartment by communicating lies about me, that was my last straw. I signed a 13 month lease in June of 2020. I ran into numerous issues from the get go. My balcony door would jam shut, and take excessive force to get open. My thermostat would go out frequently even though I always kept it at normal temperatures. My bathroom sink was clogged from the literal first day I moved in before I ever used it. My guest access code for visitors never worked for anyone. And even after countless work orders I submitted for all of this, nothing ever changed. I think I had 1-2 maintenance visits where they claimed they fixed my door and bathroom sink, but the issues still were there. In spite of this, I always paid my rent early. At least 2-3 days before it was due. I never missed a payment or was late. Fast forward about 11 1/2 months into my lease, I lost my job suddenly and unexpectedly. Before I lost my job, I fully expected to renew my lease, not because I enjoyed my experience, but because it was close to my job and I didn’t want to move my stuff… but when I lost my job, I had to move back home and found a job there. It would I have been a two hour commute from stonebridge ranch. I then reached out to the leasing office over a month before my lease expired and informed them that I would not be renewing my lease. They then informed me that I had to give them a heads up at least two months in advance(it was probably less than 2 weeks from being two months) and that since I did not, they were adding two months of month to month rent onto my lease. I informed them of my situation and that I suddenly lost my job and was having to relocate. But they did not care. They just wanted more money. In the middle of Covid, where people were losing their jobs left and right, they had no sympathy and remorse. The month to month rent was over 400 dollars a month more than my original payment was. I essentially drained my savings paying it because it was not payments I had been planning on paying. On top of that, when I moved out, they added more payments, took my deposit fully, and added a ridiculous cleaning fee. When I tried to fight it with my lawyer, they ignored it all, and sent it to collections. Which I eventually bit the bullet and paid in full. In spite of that. They are still trying to claim to my apartment complex that called them that I was late on countless payments(even though I had receipts that I made all my rent payments on time.)Don’t live here unless you want to have a balcony door that doesn’t open, amenities that aren’t up to standards, and a leasing team that doesn’t care about your needs or your situation.

Great location in super nice area of Stonebridge Ranch! Property is well maintained and staff is super responsive to requests. I like the stone architecture of the buildings and that they have garages.

I have lived here since Oct. 2021 and couldn't be happier with my decision. The management staff is incredible and they. If there is anything that is needed, they are on it. The maintenance team is amazing and extremely responsive. If you are looking to rent in McKinney, I highly recommend you check out MAA Stonebridge. I absolutely love it here and wouldn't think about leaving.

Love this property! Moved here for a year for work and so glad I landed here. The amenities are awesome and the maintenance team is super responsive/ knowledgeable. Same with the office staff. It’s well taken care of and a lovely spot to call home!
