Clean,. Friendly. Unfortunately, they didn't have what I needed. It's just easier to find things online but a pain when you need it asap. You can always order it online and pick it up at the store for free.

I bring my wife to this store because it's fairly close to where we live. She loves Lane Bryant bras and jeans. Unfortunately, we've had several bad experiences recently. I'll give you the good and the bad.
The Good: There's a couple of "older" women working there that are awesome. One is Iesha (probably not spelled correctly) and I don't remember the other's name. A tall blonde lady. They are SUPER nice and helpful.
The Bad: First, it's FREEZING in the store every time we come in. We've asked to have the temp changed because we spend a couple of hours in the store usually. There's at least a couple of young girls that always make some excuse why it can't be turned up. Which brings me to the second issue that we consistently have. Those young girls are ZERO help. They all want to stand behind the counter and ring people up or go in the back. There's never one around when you need someone. Those two mentioned above are running around trying to take care of customers and getting no help.
Today was the final straw. The tall blonde lady asked one of the young girls to turn up the thermostat because it was freezing and the young girl started an argument with her in front of the customers. We spend quite a bit of money in Lane Bryant but not any more. We'll find somewhere else to give our hard earned cash to.

I have almost exclusively shopped with Lane Bryant stores for many years to my body being a plus size. Lane Bryant stores are a wonderful option for larger women with or without large bust sizes.I have found at nearly every store to be greeting warmly and with helpful and knowledgeable staff. This particular location -in McKinney, Texas- has by far the best customer service I have yet to experience.I understand that Lane Bryant offers assistance with helping you find your correct bust size, but associate Julianna went above and beyond with helping me feel comfortable and confident in a lingerie top. Assisting with buttoning and giving me positive reinforcement on my body.As I continued to peruse the store I found some incredible clearance options. One of which prompted this same employee to mention they also carried a clearance bra to match. She went and found it and remembered my size from earlier and encouraged me to try it on.It did not fit right and when I thought I would not be purchasing it, another helpful associate Meilee -whom we had been enthusiastically discussing flattering plus size underwear cuts and outfits casually throughout my visit- came to me and said to not be discouraged and to try an extender. I had never used one before. She showed me the item and even attached it to the garment and encouraged me to try it on again. It fit! And I was able to purchase this item as well. She also checked out my purchase and we continued a lovely conversation as if we were old friends catching up.To summarize, this store has amazing staff and I can honestly say I cannot wait to return to feel just as comfortable, beautiful, and like I am valued as a customer.

Meilee and Julianna were so helpful at this location. Julianna fitted me for a bra and helped me find a couple in my size. They are the best fitting bras I’ve worn. Highly recommend shopping here!

Colleen is wonderful with a pleasant attitude. She sized me correctly after I’ve been incorrectly sized at other locations and lead to purchase the wrong sized bra multiple times. After a couple of weeks I still feel good and confident in the size and I do not have to adjust multiple times throughout the day. I went into the Craig Dr. location today to exchange and purchase a few more bras in my new size. The assistant store manager was there instead of Colleen. She did not greet me before she went on her power trip and I felt immediate contention. There’s a way to talk to people. I did not make a purchase nor exchange. I’ll return when Colleen is working again or when assistant store manager is not there.

I love this lane Bryant there things are so nice and the prices are reasonable. The staff.ate very helpful and helped me put stuff in dressing rooms with my nane on it di when I was ready I could ho and try everything on at once instead of going in and out

Writing this review specifically regarding the assistant store manager Angela. She has been rude to me twice and I’ve had it with her rudeness. The first time her colleague apologized on her behalf after she walked away. Today I decided to let her know directly that she was being rude. Angela rolled her eyes at me while I tried to have a conversation with her, then pointed her finger at me and smirked as she denied ever having been rude to anyone. She refused to engage in a conversation about her behavior, instead, she insisted that she was 48 years old and had been doing this job for 8 years, so she didn’t need anyone apologizing on her behalf. I am horrified that an assistant store manager would behave this way in front of a new trainee, colleagues, and a store full of customers. Her bad attitude is apparent from the moment a customer walks through the door. While every other employee greets the customers and welcomes them in, Angela remains quiet or just ignores the customer altogether. I will not be returning to this store again which is a shame because the other employees there are very nice and friendly.
