I had high hopes for this company. It was recommended from USAA. The facility was clean. The staff seemed friendly however, I was surprised by an expensive bill for simply inspecting my vehicle ($200) after I specifically told the gentleman that took my vehicle. I knew what the problem was and where they should look and never agreed to doing a full check. I would’ve liked to have known beforehand how expensive it was going to be just to get a diagnostic check. I feel for a place claiming to be “honest “that wasn’t very honest at all. I do not plan to return to this company and I caution if you read this to make sure you know upfront with anything is going to cost before going to it.

Honest 1 Auto deserves every bit of their name. Honest. I purchased a used car and within 24 hours it was making a noise. The dealership was 45 minutes away so I reached out to Honest 1. They got me in the next morning and within a couple hours, I had a diagnosis and a suggestion to get the vehicle over to the dealership. We drove back to the dealership because they said they'd repair it only for the dealership to gaslight us and make statements like "a mechanic will say anything to get your money" which was odd because the wonderful team at Honest 1 actually told me to go to the dealership instead of me spend my money with them. The dealership denied that anything was wrong. Even went on 2 test drives and they said "it's supposed to sound like that". I looked at them and said "you realize I'm now taking it directly to a Ford dealership to prove you wrong". Which I did and Ford immediately heard the noise. No shock here, diagnosed the issue as the exact same diagnosis from Honest 1. My car is currently being repaired under a special warranty so all things worked out in the end. I will continue to use Honest 1 for our vehicle maintenance and future repairs. I appreciate the Honest 1 team for their transparency, kindness and most of all their Honesty!!!!!

Shout out to Collin Keenan for taking care of my front end alignment. They scheduled me for my lunch break on a Tuesday and I was able to pick it up, ready to go by noon. Although Eagle Transmission footed the bill (another story), I was able to get my car back in perfect condition.
My steering wheel was off by about 10 degrees and they ended up giving me a full report on the Camber, Toe, etc. which I was not expecting. I would highly recommend this place for any future automotive needs!

I am again impressed with this shop! I have a 10 year old car that I’m trying to keep as long as I can, and they are truly honest about what needs to be fixed and what can wait. I appreciate the way they treat customers, and will continue to be a repeat!

The facility was clean and accomodating with snacks, wifi and a television playing a family friendly movie. The staff were courteous. Upon completion of the oil change, they gave me a report of maintenance that will need to be done in the future without any pursuit to make a follow up appointment for those suggested maintenance tasks.

It really takes a lot for me to write a review. I don’t ever complain. When someone impresses me though, I have ti find the time to let others know. I took my vehicle in that was making an awful squeak when driving anywhere. It was very embarrassing for the type of car I have. They could have told me “this is an emergency and needs done today, we already have it up there it’s $1000 do you want to do it” and I would have probably been forced to say yes. They were HONEST and said it was just cosmetic. I have my full trust in them now and have since taken back two vehicles that most mechanics would charge extra for because of the type if they are trying to take advantage of you. They worked with my warranty company on one and were very helpful and honest on the other without taking advantage of our situation. We plan on taking all of our vehicles there for any needs, and have switched anyone we know by recommendation to go here. Collin, Kyle, and there was one more extremely helpful woman (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) we’re helpful and friendly from my first call in, to keeping me updated on the repairs, and doing an amazing job. Thank you all for living up to your name!
