Got a hard drive fixed after breaking computer, worked fine for months then all of a sudden my computer no longer detected the hard drive and now this place doesn’t even exist and I had a 1 year warrant… how convenient. They scammed me and sold me a faulty product I hope they never come back in business

Scheduled my day off around getting my PC dropped off. They were not open during advertised business hours. Had I known I would have gone somewhere else. This is a week after the other bad review saying the same thing so I was hoping it was a fluke. Giving them 15 more minutes and then this review stays as is.

This place is never open during it's hours of operation, they did great fixing my kids phones last year so I've been trying to get to them again for my broken phone as well and it's just really so frustrating how unprofessional that is. This place is open whenever they feel like going to work. It's been 3 days I've been trying to get to them! Even before this time, just driving past there I mentioned to my husband how they are never opened and I wonder if they moved.

I just spent 200 on repair and it still has the same issue. On top of that I came to that store 3 times to pick it up. First time was my fault, a card issue. The 2nd time they weren’t there at 2pm during their business hours. The 3rd time I got it as soon as I got to class the same issue I described happened within 5 mins making me screwed for taking notes for my class immediately after. I’m beyond irritated because he promised he fix my laptops issue but I got it back in dang near the same condition.

I want to first of all thank FLY PC for their professional and kind attention. I was able to get an answer from them quickly. They made great suggestions and I was not pushed or pressured to make a decision. I definitely recommend this business to anyone that needs excellent service and fast accurate solutions. Took in my iPhone 6s with charging port problems and fast draining battery. I told them I was trying to figure out whether to repair & replace the battery or invest in a new phone.They spent about an hour doing diagnosis on the phone and then explained everything to me in clear detail, even demonstrating their findings with the opened phone in front of me.Through testing they determined that the battery was fine, however the charging the chip on the main board is going bad. The quote to fix the board was $100 and a couple days to send to an expert.They cleaned the charging port (and I later found that it was working perfectly!Since the phone is near end of life anyway and is the oldest iphone still available for $350 trade in on an iPhone 12 with my carrier, I decided not to repair the board. I also asked some questions about which phone to purchase and got terrific, expert advice. They also told me about a how to take advantage of a prepaid program to save money, which I will consider.I went to reach for my wallet to pay for their time and trouble, but they would not take payment since they didn't repair anything. Diagnosis was no charge. I politely argued to no avail.In contrast, many years ago I worked for a company that repaired desktop calculators and typewriters. One day I was watching the technician look at an expensive desktop calculator belonging to an accountant. It wasn't working right. He opened up the machine, looked down into it, studied it for a minute, then he picked up a pair of tweezers, reached down into the machine and pulled out a staple, which he said was laying on the circuit board. He tested the machine and found it working perfectly. He said that he was going to call the company with his quote to repair the calculator. Surprised I said, "But you already repaired it. What if they decide they don't want to pay and want their machine back? He looked at me with all seriousness and said, "Then I put the staple back."I found this place using Internet reviews and they did not disappoint. My daughter has an iPhone 11 with a broken screen and I will recommend this place to her. After my experience and discussion with the owner, I trust them completely.

Awesome...I damaged my laptop and could not get it to work. FlyPC diagnosed the issues and had my laptop back up and running quickly. I love the location of their store and the honest and LOGICAL assistance I received. I find it unsettling to have a stranger work on my personal computer, but it quickly became apparent that the FlyPC staff is comprised of honest, legitimate professionals.
