I can't add one if I didn't do it. I had a very bad experience with the people in this place. I went to get a new line with a given phone and since I didn't like it, I went to return it and then bought another cell phone which I went to work on that day. Monday and to my bad luck it didn't work, I went that same day wanting to return it because the ticket said 7 days to be able to return it since it was only one day I went and the person who sold it to me did not want to validate the warranty, I really don't recommend it They didn't give me any solution. I don't understand why they give 7-day guarantees if they aren't going to respect them, but hey, I don't recommend this place at all, much less the coverage.

Horrendous workers. I parked in front of this store to visit the sushi restaurant next door. As soon as I started walking to the restaurant a worker came out and instantly raised her voice about how I was unable to park there if I wasn’t utilizing the store. There was no sign that said anything about parking being only for Cricket customers. She said that the spots were painted green so that’s how you are supposed to know. Being colorblind I had no idea and let her know I wasn’t able to tell. I instantly went back to move my car as she was hurling hateful words to me. She came extremely close to me and wouldn’t leave my side even as I got into the car. I felt attacked, belittled, and discriminated against. I will be in talks with my lawyer about discrimination from this location unless the heavier set female worker with dark hair is fired.

Star did a great job getting me into the perfect phone for me. She went out of her way to make sure I had all my information transferred from my old phone to my new phone.She even helped me recover my Gmail account and password.She knows what she is doing and she is excellent at it! I would give her 10000 stars if I could. She always the only person working give her a rates . She was patient and explained every thing, Best customer service.

Representative told me their "system likes to stop working at 7:30pm" aka they close at 8pm and don't want to have to stay late to help a customer that came in at 7:00pm and wasn't planning on keeping them there late. Didn't help that the other representative started giggling after the boy said that. I've worked retail for years I know all the "excuses" to try and get customers to leave the store. Will not return to this location!

This place is amazing .the staff was great at customer service above and beyond my expectations. Ss. Left the store with phone was on language was set to Spanish. They drive over 10 miles to come and help us reset the phone to english.now that's what I call great customer service.
