Visited Subaru dealer on August 24th and dealt with Curtis Moore. We were looking for a used 2023-2024 Subaru CrossTrek. Curtis found us a 2024 CrossTrek Sport. After a test drive and negotiations we left with our new car. Curtis was very professional and courteous throughout our dealings. Also thanks to Jeff Sapp who explained all of the warranty options on a certified Subaru and willing to negotiate a good deal for all of us.

Last week, I took my Outback in for an oil & filter change. The system update wasn't done, so I came back this week and Hunter (service advisor) made sure it was done. I appreciate that he and Brandon Tomes Subaru made it right and took care of my request. Plus the system update was big and I like the new features.
